Appalling from start to finish. All Star don't understand the systems they are installing, and don't seem to care either.

We had a really great installation service with Joe and the team.

We received a quote through a video call with Joe, communication with Ezra was superb - she is worth her weight in gold and deserves a promotion. The quote for Diakin Stylish was very competitive (as checked against two other local groups).

The team arrived early in the morning as promised, 2 unit installation was carried out in a smooth fashion. Installers were extremely efficient, focused and professional. They left our home clean and well looked after and were finished in the afternoon.

We are grateful to have had the installation booked few weeks before the heatwave, and have been grateful for the AC every single day since. Would highly recommend this group.

Astonishingly quick, efficient and competitive service. This is the second time I’ve used Allstar, the first a couple of years ago during a very hot spell to install air conditioning in my conservatory which became unusable due to the heat. The job was completed within a week of ordering and has continued to provide reliable and efficient service. The second job completed recently was to install 5 indoor units to my house connected to a single outdoor unit. Today reached 32c outside and all the rooms maintained 22c throughout the day. Allstar provided a quotation very quickly, surveyed the job and commenced work the following day. The whole job was finished and commissioned in less than a week from placing the order.
