A Scam / Escroquerie

Since September I have been the victim of a scam by Altobeauty.com who charged me €84 following a false advertisement concerning DIY equipment (pruner). In fact, when I paid for the equipment, the payment address had been stolen by Altobeauty.com. Since September I have been demanding a refund.
Depuis le mois de septembre je suis victime d'une escroquerie de la part de Altobeauty.com qui m'a prélevé 84€ suite à une fausse publicité concernant du matériel de bricolage (élagueuse). En effet lorsque j'ai payé pour le matériel l'adresse de paiement avait été usurpée par Altobeauty.com. Depuis septembre je réclame le remboursement.
