Bathroom design service
We went with this new company in Carmarthen as their new premises were impressive. Paul the showroom manager was helpful and we went through lots of different choices and booked a home visit to take measurements. This was completed and we were told we would hear back in a couple of weeks. This was 02/05/24.
We heard nothing for weeks. We chased up with Paul but had no reply. In the end we found out from our plumber that Paul had been sacked weeks ago. So we contacted all trades via FB asking what was going on. We got an email back from Jonathan saying Paul had left but he had images he would sent to us asap.
Again weeks went by. So I emailed their info address. And here is where their customer service went even more down hill.
Long story short, no plan was ever made. We were never informed at any point that Paul had left until we chased up with Alltrades. And today, after basically wasting our time since April they have admitted there is no plan, and no bathroom planning service anymore. But they would do one if we wanted but normally plumbers don't bother. A poor and grudging offer after being mucked around for months by you.
Bathroom planning was a service you offered, and advertised you and one we signed up for.
So no we would not recommend you going by our frustrating and pointless experience of trying to buy a bathroom from you.
Two stars because up until Paul left we were really enjoying the experience and were looking forward to having a bathroom planned!
