By doing this, Allurez revolutionized the jewelry shopping experience with exceptional quality at affordable prices. Customized for you and filled with true and sentimental value. Since then Allurez has grown to a household name and is now one of the fastest growing jewelry brands in the US. Allurez is featured in the press at Brides, the Knot, Cosmopolitan and many more. THE COMPANY NAME WAS DERIVED FROM THE WORD ALLURE. The Z was added to be a metaphor for the beginning of the alphabet to the end, jewelry is meant to be eternal and last a lifetime. It symbolized the love from the start and is to remind you each and every day.

Longtime happy customer!

I own many pieces from Allurez. My most recent is an opal and diamond ring to celebrate the birth of my fifth baby in October. It’s a beautiful piece that goes nicely with my other jewelry. There was an issue with the delivery company but Allurez immediately addressed it and I had the ring in hand the following day. Highly recommend!

Best jewelry company!!!

Allurez is one of the best companies I have ever used!!! Each time the customer service is excellent, all products have great quality, and very fair pricing. All my friends and family only use Allurez for purchasing any and all Jewlery.

TERRIBLE Experience Ordering A Wedding Band

I ordered (and paid for) a wedding band, which the site indicated was readily available. After not hearing anything from them for several days, they informed me that band wasn't available at that time, and offered me a replacement, which wasn't suitable. I told them that I wanted to cancel the order, if they couldn't fill it within a reasonable timeframe. They ultimately sent me a USPS tracking number and said the ring would go out the next day, but USPS indicated they have still not received the ring. I sent them two emails demanding they cancel the order and refund my money, but they didn't respond to either. I filed a complaint with both the BBB and through PayPal (how I paid for it). Finally, apparently as a result of my complaints (and a full month after I placed the order), they told me that USPS had lost the order, but they could replace it. I told them, again, that I wanted to cancel the order and get refunded. They informed he that had processed the refund, which is now reflected in my PayPal account.
This company's behavior throughout this process was, at a minimum, terribly poor customer service (due to unresponsiveness, failure to identify/investigate the USPS issue, etc.) and boardline uthetical. The fact that they eventually refunded my money in no way changes my opinion of them, for all the reasons I've indicated.

Need more truthful communication!

The earrings are nice,just not as nice as what you see in the item description and image. The image is magnified on the website,so to the naked eye the detail is not as visible. My less than 5 star review comes from the communication I received, not the earrings. First of all, it took 29 days from the time we ordered them to the time they arrived in my hands. This is 3 times longer than what we were promised. I had to call customer service repeatedly to ask for updates. What I was told never happened until about the 12th call when I demanded a refund,then they were shipped the next day. The week before I also asked for a refund and was told they were being shipped that night. I felt as if I was being told things that were not true just to pacify me. Read the google reviews this is not the first time this has happened to customers. If you are not in a hurry,this company would be fine to purchase jewelry from,but if you need something by a specific date and your not local,I would look elsewhere.

You placed your order during our busiest time of year, right around the holidays, which we understand can make delays especially frustrating. As was explained during your phone conversations with our team, our jewelers take their annual two-week break after Christmas, and for that reason, we were not guaranteeing crafting times during that period.

That said, once our jewelers returned to work, we expedited your order to ensure you received your earrings as quickly as possible. We’re glad to hear that you found the earrings nice, though we understand that product images can appear more detailed due to magnification.

My experience has been nothing short of amazing

Customer Satisfaction!

Being a last minute shopper, on December 19th I decided to look on line for my wife's Christmas gift. I found just the perfect gift on the Allurez website. A Pickleball Paddle Pendant Necklace 14k White Gold. Being an avid pickleball player, I knew she would love it! The problem is getting it before Christmas. On the website, it said, "Any issues to contact them and let them do their magic". So I called the Allurez Company and spoke with Lisa. She was kind and very understanding of my issue. With me on the phone, she contacted the jeweler, found the Necklace I wanted and guaranteed me delivery before Christmas. The neclace arrived on December 23rd as promised without a delivery charge! Great job with hiring Lisa! She is an asset to your company.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALLUREZ

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALLUREZ! They lie about their products and shipping, their customer service is a joke, they do not return calls/emails/chats, and they will steal your money! Read this review and others on this site about shoddy quality and business practices.
I ordered a diamond and opal bracelet for my wedding anniversary from Allurez.com in July 2023. According to the order, it would ship in 2-5 days and I would receive it in plenty of time for our anniversary a few weeks later.
The claimed carat weight of the opals was 13.2ct. I asked if this was accurate since they also said they were 6x4mm opals, which they also sell on their site separately and weigh about 0.25ct each. They assured me it would be close to the stated 13.2ct, but doing simple math it adds up to around 5.5ct. I decided to take their word thinking maybe there was some extra thickness or something and it would be documented when I received the item (more on this later).
10 days go by and nothing on shipping. I inquired and they told me they were still working on it. Another week goes by, and they claim they were going to have it overnighted that day, but that was a lie. Another week went by and I asked to cancel it since my anniversary had passed. They then informed me that I could not cancel it since their policy only allows cancellation within the first 24 hours after ordering. I informed them I would return the item immediately upon receiving it since they missed the date.
I received the item a full month after ordering. There was no documentation included with the item at all. The opals were standard 6x4mm and thus the opals were well under (less than half) the claimed weight.
I opened the box, took a picture, closed the box and that was it and immediately requested an RMA from Allurez. I shipped it back in the original packaging exactly per the instructions. They then claimed the item showed signs of wear and was not sent back in original packaging and thus not eligible for return. This of course is yet another lie used by them to try to shirk their return policy. They have been unreachable since August on any attempt to get a refund or even discuss the issue. As of late November 2023, they still have over $6000 of my money AND they have the item. These people are thieves plain and simple. I’ve purchased from other reputable jewelers such as Anjolee, Blue Nile, Siag, James Allen, and others, ALL have included documentation and provided me with a quality product that was accurately represented and shipped within the stated timelines. In some cases, I have returned items and easily received a refund without any hassle. This is by far the worst retail experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and take your money to any number of other jewelers who will give you better quality products and treat you decently. I have cases open with BBB and my credit card company to try to get my money back. Save yourself the hassle and take your money elsewhere!
UPDATE Feb 22, 2024 - after a lot of hassle, we did accept an exchange for a different item. However, we had the item checked by a local jeweler and the diamond clarity was not S1-S2 as claimed but I2. At this point, my wife is ok with the item, and after 7 months of frustration I’m forever done with Allurez.

Bad service.

Bad service.
I ordered an engagement ring set. After ordering, i tried to contact them to make a particular change about my order. Eventually after getting through to them (after long wait times on the phone), i let them know of the change. I made another call after a few days to confirm that my change was going to be implemented. The person i spoke to mentioned already seeing a note regarding the change and promised to leave another note. After i got the rings about 2 weeks later, the request hadn't been honored. I tried to contact them and couldn't reach them. I left a message asking to get called back but nothing.

Best website for jewelry

I bought a necklace from allurez recently and I’m so happy I choose them. My experience with allurez was so wonderful. They were kind, understanding and helpful. They answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. Shipping was fast as well. On top of that I always get so many compliments on my necklace. I can’t wait to buy something else soon!!
