Please believe me when I say you will not need to look far to find a better company. Heed the warnings of other reviewers because when things go wrong this company are vile to deal with. They respond to problems (that they have caused) with aggressive, threatening and bullying behaviour (only Monday-Friday though as you can’t speak to anyone on a weekend!) I feel sorry for staff in the office at AWR as it must be such a toxic work environment.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Extremely rude and condescending representatives. Came round to quote using the window scrappage scheme, was not informed when arranging the appointment that both property owners would be required to be present, so when my partner was delayed due to work commitments, the sale rep who turned up refused to discuss options with myself. We were not finalising any finishes or styles, simply having windows measured for the quote.
The sales rep then continued to make rude and derogatory comments about what I was wearing in my own home, the condition of my house which we are currently renovating, and the location of my partner stating he "must be at the pub" which is why he wasn't home after being told he was still working. He continued to make derogatory comments about my age and "experience" despite me informing him I work within the industry, negating my knowledge of what we required.
My partner sent an email outlining all of this information which they have failed to respond to and acknowledge. I then had a follow up phone call asking if I still require their services to which I politely declined. I asked if they had received the email from my partner to which they responded "no clearly not else I wouldn't be ringing you now"

Had a new set of patio doors fitted.
We were informed that if the fitters didn’t arrive before 10am then it would be an afternoon fitting. The lads caught us off guard and arrived at 0800.
Was told it would be a three hour install. They removed the old patio doors and fitted the new ones in just under the time allotted. They cleaned up after themselves as they went along.
A final clean of the panes and hoover around of any debris. I can’t fault their professionalism and attention to detail. A credit to the company.
Hope I get the same time when I upgrade the front window in the next year.

Really wished I had given this company a wide birth!!!! Talk about messed up company!!
All windows and doors fitted! A lot of brickwork damaged! Although the fitters I havnt a problem with I do think there under a lot of pressure to get the job done,
MASSIVE PROBLEM WASNT ATTENDED TO OR NOTICED BEFORE FITTING BY THE SURVEYOR! The base and the support of my bay window which in my eyes is part of the installation, needed replacing, this is part of the old windows that were ripped out and rotten, windows replaced! Eventually! After waiting 3 weeks for a third piece of glass to be ordered and replaced! And only 1 fitter to fit it! ( how stupid) Bay window still held up with a piece of 2x2 wood, holding up a very heavy bay window now 4 weeks in and still no response I’m constantly having to chase this company!
I have now been given a date for 4th September which I think is disappointing considering how long this as been going on for, and September they didn’t say what year!!!!!
I’m not expecting miracles when they do come to do it as something will be probably broken or one fitter couldn’t turn up so job crnt be done, nothing is straightforward with this company it seems, angry is an understatement and so wished the guy didn’t knock on my door with a leaflet! Feels like all they want is your money but crnt deliver a proper job!
My neighbours wants there windows replacing but I will not be recommending this company!
I could throw a lot more money at this company as I need more work doing but I’m afraid I will be going elsewhere!
Maybe a better review will go on this site if they deliver a satisfactory job in completion of my bay window support and canopy!!!!
NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER FAR FROM SATISFACTION AND ALOT OF MONEY SPENT!!!!
So how do I leave my details! There is no were for me to reply!
And since my review I have had another surveyor look at the shoddy work I am left with and he was absolutely disgusted the way the bay window is leaning and propped up with a piece of wood!! And all the brickwork that is cracked from the fitters ragging the old windows out! I have had a builder out to assess all the damage and the bay window, and he says I have a good case if I was to report this, and that the bay window base should have been replaced before the window was put in, all part of one job! I am not sure what kind of company you protest to be, but I have no confidence in you completing this work with a proper full team and a satisfactory end result, I am losing sleep over this as my anxiety is through the roof and still no contact from Awr!!!!!!

This company are dishonest and employ dishonest trades people.
They were fitting new facial at my neighbours. I asked the fitter if he could do my gable roof end whilst there. He agreed and asked for a deposit for materials. He has not actually done the work and agreed to refund me. He has not done this.
AWR say it's nothing to do with them even though he works for them and is in their van with their company name on it.
The work at my neighbours was very messy and took 2 weeks with scaffolding up for far longer than agreed.
AWR actually sent an email stating they would ensure the work was done but have failed to ensure it was.
I'm now going to small claims court.
My neighbour was not happy with the service or work overall.
Find a different company as this one is dishonest and over priced.

Can’t recommend All Weather Roofline enough! Our new uPVC windows are stunning, and the insulation is noticeably better.

A salesman came to my door offering windows and doors in my area. He was quite pushy and clearly focused on closing the sale rather than listening to what I actually needed. I was told scaffolding would be required for the back upstairs window, and that the entire installation would be completed in one day. I ordered a total of 5 windows and a pair of french doors.
A couple of weeks later, the surveyor came to measure up and confirmed that scaffolding would indeed be needed.
Unfortunately, I had to go in for knee replacement surgery at short notice, just two days before the installation was due. I called to reschedule and was told the only alternative was to move it to Sunday of that week — otherwise, I would be charged 50% of the total cost up front. I found this extremely unreasonable, especially considering the circumstances.
Come Sunday, the installers never showed up. I waited in all day but couldn’t even call them, as their phone lines only operate Monday to Friday. I finally received a call the next morning with an apology, saying the fitter had a last-minute emergency. I was rebooked for the following Saturday.
When they arrived, there was no scaffolding (despite earlier confirmations), and they used dirty dust sheets. They managed to install two windows and the French doors, but one glass unit was broken and took three weeks to replace. They also ripped plaster off the wall during removal of the old doors and said they couldn’t finish because of rain.
I had to wait until Monday to book another date, and they came the next Saturday. They finished the French doors and installed two more windows. To cover the damaged plaster, they simply stuck a PVC board over it. They again didn’t have scaffolding for the large upstairs window, and as this time the fitter was alone, he couldn’t lift it alone, so we had to wait again.
I had to wait yet again, and when I followed up about the scaffolding, I was repeatedly told it wasn’t needed — clearly an attempt to cut corners and save money. When they finally turned up the following Wednesday, there was still no scaffolding. The window was so large that we had to help lift it — even though I had just had knee surgery! At the end, I was told I needed to pay immediately or they wouldn’t leave.
During this entire process, no one ever called me to reschedule; I always had to chase them. I asked to speak to the manager multiple times and was told they were “in a meeting.” To this day, I’ve still not received a call back. Communication was terrible throughout. There were no apologies for the repeated delays, the work was sloppy, and there was no respect shown for my property — my new carpet ended up with black marks on it despite me putting dust sheets down myself.
This company clearly relies on aggressive sales tactics and cuts corners to maximise profit, regardless of customer experience. I absolutely would not recommend them and will never use them again. They do not deserve business with the way they treat their customers.

Very good sales pitch and customer service. The young fitter Luke arrived in time and worked hard all day, was polite friendly and professional. He did a great job of fitting our new composite front door and kitchen door and bedroom window and cleared up after himself. He did all 3 in the one day. We are very happy with the results and have already got compliments from the neighbours and the posties! We would highly recommend the company and won't hesitate to use them again.

I have already had the windows and front door done at the front of the house. I am now looking for a new back door and replacement of 4 windows. The front of my house cost me in total 4k split over a year. I wanted the front of the house to look nice for kerb appeal and wanted to spend a lot less on the back. The sales guy was nice but used the usual salesman tricks. I was told that this quote was being done on the window scrapage scheme and when i mentioned this the sales guy had no clue. Not sure how this firm is set up but it’s not your normal. I was being promised the world and it wouldn’t cost more only to be given a price of over 8k! This is way off the mark as to what I wanted to pay. I think he came down to approx 4k in end but think that was trimming stuff off. I paid 4k for the front of my house which was finished off a year ago. I split the work over a year due to cost. So the price has doubled for the back of the house in a year!!
After nearly 2 hours I was totally fed up and had enough.
I have 2 more companies coming over next 2 days so will be interesting to see what they quote. I appreciate quality etc but I’m on my own and trying to keep on top of the house. I have a small pot of money but it needs to go along way, inc a kitchen, plastering and internal painting. Looks like I will never get anything done with my small pot of money. Does having new doors and windows changing really cost £12k in total??

I gave 5 stars because the quality of the workmanship was excellent, I had new windows fitted by a very pleasant polite hardworking young man called Luke.
However my overall experience with the company was not good. I had 2 cancelled appointments the first one with 1 days notice and the second one no notice at all. I had to keep ringing to see where the fitter was, to be told he was still coming. By 3.30 on a Friday afternoon I knew he wasn’t going to come. When I called for the 4th time I tried to cancel my orderI was threatened with court. Bring it on Isaid you have let me down twice. Another date was set and I was dubious to say the least. But as I said Luke came and did an excellent job. I did receive a small refund for my inconvenience however The company need to review their communication and customer service policy

I had patio doors fitted in my conservatory a few months ago. My original doors were wooden.
The contractor who removed my doors did it in such a brutal way, literally smashing them off from their hinges but couldn't so sawed through and ripped them off, the wood frame to my wooden sash windows was splintered and chunks of wood pulled away. The door was removed with such force, the roof latts above the doors lifted and not seen till contractors gone and it was pouring with rain which then led to my roof leaking all along the front. There was other damage.
I rang head office straight away and they told me there was nothing they could do.What is appalling is that AWR rang me a month later to ask how it went(a month later) and when I told him he told me to ring head office which i did. Yep!! They sent out the man who was part of the fitting of door who saw all the damage on the day!!!! This should have been someone impartial to the works carried out. All he said was "sorry", nothing we can do.
Today I recoeved another call from the guy who told me to ring head office and complain.
I cannot believe he wanted to give me a quote for my conservatory windows after the bogus discusting fitting and customer service ive recieved!! Also, they ring on a 'private number' so you answer. Again he asked how i am and I told him. I will NEVER use this cowboy company ever again. Never escalated my complaint, they didn't even log it. Nothing from them at all regards customer service. So I thought i would leave my honest review on here and warn anyone who they try and lure into their catch!!
