We've had our facias and windows done by AWR and both times they have been very professional, efficient and have completed the work in a timely manner to an excellent standard. We will definitely be using them again in the future and have recommended them to friends and family.

All fitted in a day polite and pleasant work men , cleaned up as they go . Good quality windows and frames. Definitely recovering to friends and family.

Excellent from speaking to the canvassers to measuring up and completing the work. Telephone contact was very good. Very good workmanship and cleaned up great. I would recommend this company.

Handled our extension from conception to completion. Builders were great and we are thrilled with our new kitchen space.

Robbie arrived on his own and worked none stop to fit my windows. The quality of the windows and the quality of the finish that Robbie did was extremely professional. My friends and family who have popped in to see the windows have all commented of the quality and installation finish is really really good.

I had a sales person from this firm come round through the recycling scheme and quoted me for the windows. Took £1200 deposit for the windows. I then read the reviews and decided against using this company. When I rang to cancel my order on the Monday after the visit on the Saturday I was informed the cancellation team start at 12 and then that there isn’t a team. They tried talking me around staying with them and now it’s been ten days since my cancellation and I have not received my deposit back and they don’t respond to emails. I suggest likes others to avoid this company

Everyone I met, from the person who came first to the door, to the man who came in and measured up, the man who came to make sure the details were correct and the young lad who did the job, were professional and very helpful. Luke who installed two windows for me was a very hard worker and tidied up anything lying on the ground.
So, thank you to Rod, Tony, Garry and Luke.
However, could I suggest that if a customer has blinds at the windows your policy is made clear in advance.

We had our property rendered and afterwards realised we needed new windows and door, we was worried about the render incase it got demaged.
But we was well impressed with the fitters Kenny and Luke who did a fantastic job, they was very professional, polite and so tidy and they did a fab job and as for our worry over the render we need not worry as it was perfect no demage at all.
We would certainly recommend to any of our family and friends , and when we are ready for the rear of the property doing I will be asking for Kenny and Luke they are the best . Mr & Mrs Wood

Do not use these cowboys! They charge too much and do not do the work that they promise to undertake. They use sub-contractors who are not interested in doing a good job. Then they have the gall to try and charge you more when you ask them to finish the job properly.

AVOID AVOID This company, they prey on the elderly.Price went up £800 in 4 months on a job costing £2000 they sugar coat the figures to suit themselves.

Wow, what an experience. Arrived on time plus point chap who measured and quoted constantly slated staff in head office as he called them to get a price on more than one occasion. Overall quote for bay window consisting of 3 windows was £3300 with a 30% discount oh yer they wanted 2k for a new roof putting on. Been quoted 600 for local roofer to sort a tiled roof. Insisted on 300 quid to lock the price in for 12months.
Please read all other comments and avoid.

Excellent install small problem with a door but fixed promptly. New doors all round. Efficient service polite people. recommended

Had a new front door fitted. Pleased with the result. All appointments met on the due day and at the agreed time.

Excellent quality albeit a little overpriced. The job only took 90 minutes to complete. Still too early, to be fully satisfied. Hopefully no issues will develop down the line.

Service was fast and efficient from obtaining a quote right through to fitting.
The doors/window supplied were great quality and look good. The installer (Luke) arrived promptly on the day we'd arranged He was polite, extremely professional and did a really good job, including cleaning up afterwards. It took around 6 hours to fit 2 doors and a window.
We did experience a couple of minor issues with the doors dropping slightly after a couple of days. However, a call to the service desk, which was dealt with very professionally and politely, was all that was needed to arrange for a fitter to pop round to sort the issue. The fitter arrived on the day as promised and quickly and efficiently rectified the problem.
All round, I'm very pleased with the quality of the doors/window purchased and with the excellent service I've received. I wouldn't hesitate to use AWR again in the future.

What a shocking company. Guy came for a pre arrangement appointment to give a quote for a new conservatory roof. Refused to give me a quote as my wife was not present. Asked why and was told they need both parties present to make the decision. His final response on leaving was. "Look i don't give a shit mate". No wonder their reviews are so bad.

Had one of there salesman round last year, he quoted what i can only describe as ridiculous
£29k for a few windows, obviously i didn't buy from the idiots, i went on to buy from a reputable local company for £6k.
Now since then on average i get one of there sales people ring me every two weeks, ive tried being polite, nasty, asking not to ring me anymore as ive purchased new windows
But they don't listen and keep calling me.
If they read this review please stop calling me!!!!

The salesman and fitter were very good. The surveyor seemed to be under time pressure and I felt I had to make a quick decision regarding some of the finer details. The main problem was the scaffolders. We had no access to TV for over a week, and had to call out a Sky engineer to fix the satellite dish after the scaffolding was removed. The guttering on our conservatory was also moved by the scaffolding, so now we have a leak when it rains

Fitted window with a crack in it, told my elderly parents they would replace it, man in a scruffy van turned up weeks later after constant phone calls with a replacement that had a crack worse than the one they fitted, two months later after the windows were fitted they finally replaced it, say they will return calls and never do and didn’t even offer compensation for the stress they put my elderly parents through,don’t use this company

No hard sell just a detailed description of product,installation details and cost.All done politely.Same efficiency and polite approach from the surveyor.The two installers were equally efficient,friendly but respectful and took care as well as leaving everywhere tidy and clean.We are very satisfied with the job and would recommend you to others.

Window frames fitted well unfortunately broke a glass panel whilst installing , told would vone back and change window, turned up a week late with wrong size window, now 3 weeks later and still not heard from them
Poor customer service. Again asked for information from this review and nothing happens as usual. Will never use this company again
