It’s a shame I can’t give 0 stars otherwise I would.
I’ll start by saying you know it’s bad when they can’t even put a wall plug in right
This job was meant to take 1 to 2 days it was meant to be started on the 6-1-26 it wasn’t started till 8-1-26 and it’s now 16-1-26 and it’s still not sorted
Luckily I haven’t paid and I won’t be paying anything until what I got quoted for gets done and I’ll fight it all the way if needs be
I got quoted for finlock/concrete gutters removed cut flush with the wall, no they decided it would be a good idea to hammer it off which is unsafe and dangerous and it caused a right mess of my windows/frames they said they haven’t got a saw blade big enough so why the hell did they take this job on.
Then they was meant to remove 2 lairs of tiles cut back the felt and replace then put new felt back on this wasn’t done either they said they can’t do it cos of the solar panels, solar panels are no where near the bottom 2 rows.
They emptied their van into our skip that we’re paying for left it a right mess and the skip company refused to take it.
When they fitted it they was big gaps all over bodged everything with silicone there’s more silicone on my gutters than they is in Screwfix and before they left it started raining and it started leaking and guess what more silicone was used and it still did not stop the leak I’ve completely lost all confidence in them and I’d stay well clear if I was you all the negative reviews says it all really
I want to know what all my moneys going on if the jobs that I got quoted on haven’t been done I ain’t here to get ripped off so I definitely won’t be paying full price for half a job, and manager Simon still haven’t phoned like he should have, anyway sorry for the rant so the longer it takes for them to do what I got quoted for the longer it’s gonna take for them to get paid. It’s a shame you can’t upload pictures or videos
I’ll update this review on the outcome, what ever that may be
Update 16-1-26 just been in loft to have a look and I can confirm 100% the felt hasn’t been replaced and fitter dean said he hasn’t replaced it either
Update 17-1-26 been today to do the repairs still shoddy work and STILL LEAKING very frustrating workmanship
Wife finally spoke to “Simon” and he was extremely rude, pestering and tried intimidating her for payment which we didn’t make he was saying that we just didn’t want to make payment and if we didn’t sign today then all discounts would be removed I can’t believe they’re saying we got discounts to take it to £3500 haha behave, £3500 is over odds especially for this work that’s been carried out.
If you get a sales rep called PAUL SHAW+ “HOLLY” tell him to go away all he does is tell lie after lie
I’d love someone high up from AWR to come out and have a look at the work that’s been carried out I think they’d agree with everything I’ve put here
I think the only way to get all this resolved is by legal action now I’ve got enough videos and pictures for evidence now because this job is a complete mess
Under the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have breached your contract with us by not doing the work as we agreed

Wish I could give a zero star
Stay away !!!!!
As you can see from earlier complaints a manager will be in touch
No, no manager in contact
Go to the website all the complaints have to go through "Dan" apparently when you call up you can't speak to Dan like he doesn't exist
Shame you can't reply to there comments
The person named as the manager to talk to still hasn't been in touch
I had 2 other window companies round yesterday to check the work.
They found several legal problems with the installation, I have sent these to awr and no reply
Also been in touch with trading standards for our area and they have started an inquiry
I will remove this comment when awr has actually resolved the problems, the windows and doors have been illegal due to the ventilation needed per room for nearly a year and I can't rent the property out as it fails the tests dues to the windows I have lost over £6500 in rent from the last 8 months that I could have had the property rented out for
Oh and let it be known if they can't make the appointment and you've taken time off work, it's thier policy not to offer any compensation for you time. I get told this every time they miss the appointments.
Please also see other reviews I've done from install, including Brocken windows by them and they say you have to have another day off for there mistakes. Also if you get a salesman at the door that measures up and agree it, you then need another day off work to have another person to remesure. So you will atleast need 3 days off to get your windows.

We had our windows put in and everything has gone wrong with them sadly we paid cash. The windows are nice but the company and workmanship is shocking they have literally left the windows with no trim round where the water has come in and caused damage to house. This has actually made me ill through it 😭

Sales lady was great. Glazier we’re good. Customer services need more training on how to speak to people

Looking for quotes, they rang today to confirm visit and I was asked if I had a partner, I replied it has nothing to do with you, she insisted the partner would have to be present or they couldn’t confirm appointment, I said cancel then.
I don’t have anyone but that had nothing to do with them it’s all about hard selling.
Now I’m glad I cancelled after reading some reviews.
They undermined me and my position, and that I won’t tolerate

Installed incorrect door- wrong colour no number sign as requested, no knocker, letter box at bottom. Why did you give us the wrong door?
They turned up one day, installed the door, left and didn't check at any point if it was correct.
Came home and was surprised. Rang multiple times sent lots of emails no reply. This is not the door we wanted.
We also had a canopy installed. Regrets. It doesn't even work! Bought it so we don't get wet or the items we leave under don't get wet. Left pram out underneath (which we did with our old canopy because it stayed dry and it meant it got fresh). Soaked and ruined.
Please give us the correct door and take back your shoddy canopy that doesn't even do the job.

New front door and one upstairs widow purchased . Work completed at the end of November and we're happy with the product and the installation by the young man working alone was faultless. However the widow arrived without keys and despite a promise they would be sent to us we are still waiting!!

Do not want to complain so many times but this is ridiculous now.
All upstairs windows are having excessive condensation- not sorted. All upstairs windows have no insulation-not sorted, promised by salesman that windows are that good that I will not hear any noise from outside- same noise as before.
Blake needs to send a proper fitter asap to deal with everything as they took 14k for doing a bodge job
Not recommended for all the hassle

I had a big job in Hull consisting of a range of windows, french doors and a composite door. The communication was excellent, the fitters were friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend AWR, it's also worth noting I received the BRCC certificate shortly afterwards. 5*

Timely professional service. Scaffolding, advancement of contracted service completed as advertised. Prompt follow up activity to ensure standards expected were met, AWR set out to meet expected standards.

We were pleased with the product and people involved from start to finish were courteous and polite. Did not get 5 stars as needed scaffolding for one of windows which wasn’t ordered so delay in fitting. Had to call a number of times but did feel they were trying to resolve issue as quickly as possible. All done and excellent quality

Windows were booked to be fitted on the 2nd of December. Before the fitters arrived some salesman arrived dressed like he was about to start work. He came in to the house to try and quote for more windows. We then had another guy round in the afternoon still no fitters arrived to quote for the other windows. Contract stated scaffold would be required. The fitters arrived on the planned day but at lunchtime so there would have been no chance of all windows been completed. When they arrived there was no scaffold so they could only fit the small window. The fit was then re-booked for a week later. The scaffold went up on the 3rd. This then blocked the signal from my neighbor's TV. She had to go spend time at her daughters. The following week arrived but no sign of our fitters. They had been double booked. we received a phone call at 4pm stating they would not be coming. Scaffold still interfering with the neighbor's TV. The fitters finally came on the Saturday and we had all windows completed. The scaffold is still up an nobody seems to want it back. The company are more interested in selling the windows rather than fitting them. And we had to pay before the fitters left. No inspection carried out.

The fitter was on his own so I did not mind helping him.door and windows look fine although I still hear noises from outside which sails Man said we wouldn't.but the worst thing is continually phoned by them for more work sometimes twice in one day.will invest in a phonecall blocker.avoid them

Had my Windows and Doors installed just over 4 years ago. My daughter bedroom windows on the inside has now got a massive crack up the window which came out of no where.
I called on the 1st December to inform them via phone and email and supplied photos.
Someone called Blake advised that it will take a week for a new glass unit to be made and than they would have someone install it.
I than called again on Friday the 12th December for an update to be told that it would be installed this Monday 15th December. I had a friend take the day off work to stay at my property to have the window replaced and than get a phone call to advise that it was not being installed today and that it was not even made up.
Tried to explain that the crack was inside the house and not on the outside and that its in my child's bedroom, and all i got was a yeah we know.. cant do owt about it.
I am now waiting for a call back to know exactly this window will be replaced.
They are happy to take your money straight away but not forth coming when an issue arsines with there Goods/products.
I am now looking January time for this glass to be replaced on the window.
Lets hope it does not crack and fall apart even more and fall onto my 3 year old child.
I have emailed and called your office again and still waiting to be updated. 16/12/25

I would simply stay away from this company. First set of windows they rescheduled twice on the morning of appointment, every handle has needed 3 replacements so far in 12 months. Second set of windows, again every handle flaking, and appointments cancelled prior to the job , more of my time wasted, 3rd set of windows they made an absolute mess of , the guys turned up at 5 pm to fit 4 windows in the dark another day of my time wasted i turned them away since they can’t be fitting kids windows at bedtime in the dark and in winter. they eventually fitted the 4 windows , all of them should of had vents on - only two did . The glass was scratched none of the safety latches work in the kids bedrooms one of the windows is knee Hight from the floor - pretty dangerous. The frames were all scratched, silicone absolutely everywhere, stood all over the bay roof which we explicitly said not to stand on , this has caused cracking in the cornices we have had restored, also again every handle faulty, booked in for them to rectify this situation no one turned up another day wasted , a guy eventually turned up today with no glass , two bits of trim and one handle completely different colour, i mean why even book in without the glass? Let alone book in twice with no glass. So for 9 windows it’s been 12 days off work for one of us to sit around waiting for installation or rectifications ….

After initial contact, the entire process was clearly understood and straight forward - from the sales pitch to installation the team were excellent. Particularly the 2 guys who installed the doors and windows for me - polite, punctual and excellent workmanship. I can highly recommend.

The Company did a good job of fitting the door we ordered but I am sick and tired of people ringing up to try and sell me the same door despite having asked to be removed from their list. There does not seem to be any joined up thinking at this Company.

We had three new doors installed, including patio doors, as well as all new windows, gutters, and soffit. They did a great job, and once everything was finished, they tidied up thoroughly. Even though three pieces of glass were damaged during transportation, they came back the next day and fixed them. I would highly recommend them—their prices are reasonable too. The last days was 3rd December.

From chosing the style right through to the fitting, all went really smoothly. Everyone involved in the process were professional, friendly and efficient. The quality of the windows is excellent.

Reply from All Weather Roofline
I can't fault the workmanship or the quality of product, the only thing that this experience down was the scaffolding company. They didn't turn up on the first date arranged, when they did turn up they left it up for 7 days after the work was completed.
