Absolute shambles of a company!
It took 5 weeks for the new cladding to be installed, cancelled & failed appointments - mostly failed, extremely poor workmanship, no interest in reports of damage to my property & emails are ignored. For 6 weeks the rubbish from the work has been left in my garden - still there now.
Useless!!!
Update - I sent the information they asked for, including a phone number & nothing!!
10.12.25 - another failed appointment! My driveway & garden still scattered with pins & screws. The hanging basket still to be fixed.
This 'level of service & workmanship' is clearly standard.

We had our soffits,Aprons and gutters replaced which was carried out in the first week of October having already had our windows and doors replaced in August by this company.After completion we noticed the following issues and reported by telephone our concerns a date was made for a supervisor to come and inspect,first appointment missed due to van issues,the a double booking before finally he appeared I took him through all our concerns and he photographed all the issues and made some hand written notes which are as follows. Straighten soffit to rear of house current Wavvy line worse toward bathroom window
Replace down pipe near back garden removing screws causing moss trap and ensure fall and outlet to down pipe correct and not a small drilled outlet
Replace down pipe near back gate removing screws causing moss trap and straighten brackets
Adjust fall on garage guttering water collecting by front door and ensure all outlets correct width and not a small drilled hole
Align all soffit to garage section as currently Wavvy line
Replace down pipe by front door on garage section removing screws causing moss trap and adjust fall of gutter
Replace damaged brick by front door top right hand side
Adjust soffit and apron by front Rh upstairs window currently tapering away to edge of house
Where gable end soffits meet front and back soffits replace all 6 upstands to eliminate gaps
Gable to Rh side replace as gap at point where they meet
Redo mastic round garage poor finish
Mastic both gables where soffit meets wall
We have chased the office repeatedly as we still have yet to get a firm date of when these items will be rectified

Asked for a quote. It was insanely expensive and their sales tactics reprehensible. They ended up offering me a door for half of what they initially quoted. When i refused they then offered me a crazy expensive credit deal.
Now they won't stop ringing me despite me asking them to stop.

I have had patio doors replaced. The young lad that came to fit them by himself, never stopped, he did a smashing job, removed the old ones which he took away and fitted the new ones. He covered my carpet so no mess in house. He finished by giving the glass a good clean inside and out. Very happy.

Been speaking to their agents all week over the phone to book an appointment for a quote to replace our faulty windows, advised multiple times all quotes are valid for 12 months.
Less than an hour before the appointment I’m called to say if I’m not placing the order immediately then they’re cancelling the quotation appointment.
Called head office (0800 number) to be told that quotes are not valid for 12 months, they are only valid on the day and the whole week of phone calls I’ve been lied to and there’s nothing that they can do.
Manager even tried to call me back to straighten things out, but outright said they won’t quote now as we don’t want to place the order immediately which is a total scam.

I am submitting this review due to significant issues experienced both with the product's functionality post-installation and the subsequent, highly excessive follow-up communication from AWR.
1. Product and Installation Quality Issues
The core purpose of purchasing a new front door at a cost of £2500 is to ensure reliable security and functionality. However, immediately after installation in May 2025, the door failed to consistently lock and unlock correctly.
AWR technicians were called out on three separate occasions to address this defect.
The ultimate solution provided by the company's technicians was to instruct us to "slam the door closed" going forward, which is an unacceptable remedy for a premium product.
Due to the lack of resolution, we were forced to contract an independent third party to successfully rectify the locking mechanism at an additional cost of £200.
2. Unacceptable Follow-Up Communication and Harassment
Since the installation, the volume of unsolicited contact from AWR has been extremely disruptive.
I have received over 20 calls from the company, frequently from private numbers, asking if I wish to purchase additional products or services.
On every occasion, I clearly explained the negative experience outlined above and explicitly requested that my contact details be permanently removed from all marketing and contact systems.
Despite repeated assurances that I would be removed, the calls continue, demonstrating a complete disregard for customer instruction and data privacy. The most recent call was received today.
Conclusion and Recommendation
The expenditure of £2500 did not result in a fit-for-purpose product, costing an additional £200 to fix. Compounding this failure is an unacceptable, persistent pattern of telemarketing contact that amounts to harassment.
Prospective customers should be aware that AWR's service delivery and post-sale conduct fall significantly short of professional standards. I strongly advise others to stay well clear of this company.

I have since received a further two phone calls, the most recent being today. During the call, I was told: “Hello Mr. Vardy, I know you said you weren’t looking to do anything with us in the future, but would you consider us at a later date?”

Today I received another phone call after i was told they would remove my number, this time from one of the managers. I thought, great we’re finally getting somewhere! He asked how the door had been since installation, so I explained all the issues in detail, including my disappointment with the customer service and the constant stream of calls they had made.
Turns out I was a little too optimistic. After I finished explaining the whole situation, he simply said, “Oh, thank you,” and then put the phone down. So much for progress!

Absolute shambles of a company. DO NOT show any interest in their services as they will spam call you several times day. I have repeatedly told them we had our soffits and facias done else where due to their negative reviews but they continue to hassle me and call off different numbers after i block the previous number. They did a bodge job of windows for me a few years ago. I had to get another company to resolve.
They keep calling me every few months asking if i wanted new work doing, i keep telling them to remove my details from their system, they never do.
They just called again, asked about a back door being replaced, told them of the issues and he just hung up on me, very rude

Had our front door done by this company a few years ago. All was great till bits started falling off the door and breaking. Came out repaired and replaced the items that had broken or fell off, since that day they have done nothing but harrass me via phone asking if there's anything else we'd like doing, every time I've said no but again they just keep ringing numerous times a day.

Incorrect information from Sales Person and poor service throughout.
First of all, the sales person told us that the job would be done with a cherry picker and no scaffolding would be needed. This is not true - we had to have scaffolding put up as the fitters said they don't use a cherry picker - so not sure where that came from! The sales person also told us that we didn't need to have the gable end fascias done as the colour for the new front and back fascias would be colour matched to what we have. Unfortunately when they fitted the fascias, the colour was not a match, so we now have a house with different colour fascias! The company has been very poor at helping us fix the problem and despite two attempts at re-booking the fitter to come and finish the work, they have not turned up. The company really needs to improve its end to end customer service, to ensure jobs are completed properly and honestly. Customers don't like being lied to and the end result will be poor reviews and no recommendations to others.

I really wanted to be able to recommend AWR as the process of sales and installation went really well, the people I dealt with were lovely and the price was reasonable. As far as I can tell, the work was completed to a high standard and looks very neat. Unfortunately, they are let down severely by their scaffolders (who I understand do work for AWR). They were extremely noisy, used my neighbour's garden without permission, banged the neighbour's window with a scaffold pole and were then rude to her when she challenged them. They broke one of the steps leading down from my back door but didnt let me know this and it was a miracle that I didn't break my ankle when I stepped on it for the first time. After raising this, they did come back and make a half-hearted effort at fixing it but still left it in an unsafe condition that I will now need to fix. They've left debris around the property including on my bay roof, which I will now need to climb up on a long ladder to clear. They also broke a garden ornament which I only found out when I found pieces of it (again, they didnt tell me and just took most of it away). It's a shame for one part of the process to have marred what could have been a positive experience.
EDIT - PCN number provided to AWR.
UPDATE - over a month later, no further contact has been received from AWR so the " we would like the opportunity to make this right" statement in their response doesn't seem to ring true.
