I suggest avoiding the webshop at all costs...I'm sure if you go in and deal with people in person the experience would be different, but I won't be purchasing anything from them again.
Lost more than €70 with an issue on an item that could have been easily and quickly resolved, but cost me months of back and forth with the webshop (only to find that the item was the wrong one all along).
