The representative hung up on me because I kept asking her that I needed a better explanation of where my overpayment was going on my monthly auto payment. When I over paid and I checked the box for it to go to the unpaid balance she could not explain how that worked and ended up hanging up on me. I was not rude to her at all and I stayed calm the whole time.

Just because your advertising is legal, this doesn't make it moral or best practice. In fact, you waste my employees' time because it comes to our workload queue.
