Do not order from AllyZone. I ordered a cardigan sweater and woman’s winter coat as Christmas gifts. They showed up late, which I can live with but the jacket I ordered was not in the package instead it was a white 3xl bathrobe. I have been emailing back and forth with them and here is their reply

Dear buyer, I'm very sorry that our products did not satisfy you. We can provide you with some discount codes to use when you order other products as compensation, and apply for a 5% refund for you, OK? I hope you can forgive us. Best wishes

The paper thin 3xl robe is no alternative for a nice woman’s winter jacket.

Their customer service is GARBAGE. I ordered items on 12/21, they arrived on 1/13. The items arrived and were so small, I couldn’t even put them on. I asked to return them on the day of receipt and they continued to send me emails about how they would take my order back or that they would only give me a 5% refund.

Fraud!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Placed an order on Dec 4th and have yet to receive anything!! 2 weeks ago i finally got a tracking# and its still saying waiting to ship. Tried contacting them and nothing complete waste of time and money!! Had to dispute with my bank to get my money back!!!!

We purchased a Yellowstone logo sweatshirt as a Christmas present. The item that we actually received was made out of thin material, and the print graphics were horribly blurred. Very poor quality, and not as described.

I requested to return the item, but they only offered a 5% refund! The official return policy is for only 30 days, and we were slightly past that since it was a Christmas present. Stay away from Allyzone!!!

Do not buy from this company, I wish like HELL I had read all these reviews before I showed my husband the what looked to be cute fleece Yellowstone shirt I wanted for Christmas, which took forever to get because obviously it came from China and looks nothing like the picture they have posted. It’s made of a thin cheap polyester material and the print is very blurry. Can’t return because we have to pay the shipping back to China which is ridiculous and all they offered is discount towards another purchase!! WTH would I want to purchase another scam item

Please please DO NOT purchase from this site Allyzone. Dress was sewn incorrectly and zipper was sewn shut. Length of dress was size of child’s NOT what was posted on sales site. Didn’t receive second dress at all after 2 months.
Only refunded 10% and we are still fighting. Now contacted chinas trade commission to report this business in China.

Very poor quality. Sizes run small. They told me they’d send coupons because shipping would be expensive to send back…Still waiting from mid November !

To get a return you must provide pictures PLUS they sku number and original mailing/packaging bag, the face order photos, the order information page you purchased and the screenshot of your payment page. I don’t have some of those things as I threw away the packaging. So I am out $50 for an unwearable product. Shame on PayPal for even doing business with this scam company.

My husband purchased a fleece sweatshirt. It was not fleece. It was some horrible fabric. They do not reply to any emails. They do not provide service. All returns go back to back to China, so good luck with that. Run don’t walk. Product is not as described. What a waste!!!

This shirt I received looks horrible and cheap and does not look like what I ordered. On top of that, it took weeks to arrive. I emailed and asked to return this shirt for a full refund. They want to give me coupons!! This store is a total rip off and does not communicate openly! I want my money back!!

I ordered a hoodie on November 30, 2022, and it is now December 21, 2022, and have not received my hoodie, nor any emails or correspondence regarding the status. I've sent 4 emails and still no response. Status says "awaiting shipment." It has never been shipped. It cost $36.98 and payment went to: ND Trading Co., Ltd., adminshoeeszonecom. According to other reviews, I have been scammed. They have an overall rating of 2.4%. Shame on them!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I placed my order in June and still haven't received it. I requested a refund in August and I'm still waiting to receive that! I think I've got more chance of winning the lottery than getting that refund to be honest. I have contacted them numerous times and every time i get a different reason as to why i haven't received my order/refund.Scam site...AVOID!!!

I’m lamiya pritchard and I am a confirmed customer of trust pilot. I bought a skirt a maxi skirt from Ali Online. I wrote an email saying I want to refund on that skirt as I didn’t get it. They said I got it I’m saying I didn’t get it so they call their customers liars. I am so disgusted in that I am no way A lier how dare they call their customers liars and the staff honest who knows I am no liar tho so here it is the send me a gift card
But they made me pay postage for this gift card I had to pay it again customer service is so bad I will never bye ever from ally again
If you could give no stars, I would they need to apologise and give me back my money simple

Do not go near this company. They are scammers. No delivery, no refund and no reply from customer services.

My order totalling £27 was placed early July, after numerous requests for a refund due to non delivery it’s now October and not a penny refunded AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

This store used to be one of my favorites and now everything in there is very skimpy and I wouldn't wear any of it and alot of others wouldn't either please bring back more full length tops not every woman wants to dress like that and our children shouldn't be brought up to think it's ok to dress like that your basically selling lingerie as casual clothing most people don't have the petite body you expect people to have it's unfair and I see it as pressure on young girls to be skinny it is not right. Stores like this are discusting and should cater to all shapes and sizes as well as styles.

Scam company promised refund never received now blocked me

My experience might have been different because I live in Australia (where the warehouse is).

In terms of the shipping, it was surprisingly quicker than I expected - I placed my order on last Friday and received my order this Tuesday. Ally Fashion used Lyne Plus for my delivery. I was a bit wary because I read reviews online that Lyne Plus was not a great courier service, but thankfully my experience was quite positive with them - they sent a message to alert me that their driver was out for delivery and then sent another message after ringing my doorbell to let me know they had arrived.

In terms of the items, everything was packed cleanly and neatly. Strangely, each item was wrapped in its own plastic wrapping with foam sheets separating the different layers. And I'll note that whilst the warehouse is in NSW Australia, the items themselves are made in China. The items were inexpensive and I got most of them on sale. The quality is not bad for the price - but I'm anticipating it will take a lot of special washing care to keep these items in good condition.
