No tshirt, no contact, had to do a reverse charge to get a refund. It's a shame cos if it is veteren owned it's not shedding a good light...

Unfortunately a similar poor experience. I ordered 2 T shirts in mid December 2025, its now late January 2026, no T Shirts and no replies to multiple emails. The telephone is disconnected which is also a big red flag. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

First time ordering from this company - a Veteran owned business - well, guess what... Total rubbish. No merch and no contact - total crock of Sh*7. Doubt they are a veteran as they'd have their admin squared away. More than likely some shed dragging to$$p0t doing a bit here and a bit there.
Just avoid and go elsewhere - some decent guys making decent kit, but cannot say anything good about this scammer - Action Fraud has been emailed.

Awesome kit and great designs … nothing compares to it in terms of quality! Whilst it took a while to arrive I understand the reasons for it. Many Thanks

Ordered from website, received no products or any communication in a month
Numerous unanswered emails, messages.
Eventually admitted items not in stock, waited another fortnight and still nothing.
Asked for a refund 7 days ago and still waiting.
Not impressed, won’t use again
Eventually 2 weeks after asking have refund. Shocking antics preying on military and veterans. Total cowboy outfit.

Following up on my 1-star review and seeing 2 x 5-star reviews since !! I simply don't believe those reviews. I still have not received my goods that I ordered on 30th June as of 22nd Aug. Still no communications from the company. A shame as a former veteran I feel totally ripped off.

Although it did take nearly 3 weeks to arrive, it did arrive. I understand Rango runs the entire company himself so things are going to take some time. The T-shirt was magnificent and has clearly made me the allyest person on my street and possibly in my town. From one vet to another, keep attacking mate.

Cannot rate this company enough, always helpful with the up most integrity. Their designs are unique, relevant and proper 'Ally'. They are my favourite clothing brand and now I have got my granddaughters into art of Allyness. Go on become 'Ally' with Allyness com

My experience has been a very positive one, them selling out of kit, tell you all you need to know about the superb quality of the products they sell. But of military humour in the product, but superb quality, so stick with them and keep checking back for new kit and sizes.

Amazing company! Great customer service, top quality products. Got 2 tees, expressed the need for them quickly and got them within a day of asking!

6 weeks without delivery - emails left unanswered. I messaged on instagram and got once response and still nothing sent. When I messaged about a refund, he ignored it. Sad!

Ordered a T shirt 6 weeks ago - chased several times by e-mail and via their web site - zero reply. I've been billed for the item but now cancelled it with Paypal due to no delivery and no replies to requests for further information. Total waste of time - avoid! Wish I'd seen other reviews before ordering!!!

Top quality kit ,just be patient it will arrive.

First few orders fine and merch really good,
I'm still waiting for a top from Dec 2024.
Multiple emails all ignored.
Shame, love the gear, but trust is gone.

Ordered an item late March 2025. A month later it still hasn’t arrived. No explanation from company. Several emails and DM’s sent and no reply whatsoever.
I try to support veterans businesses but very disappointed with Allyness. Avoid

Nothing more than a con artist preying on both serving and ex soldiers. Make an order & don't recieve it, will then ignore any attempt to communicate via email or private messeges on social media, the only way he'll respond is if you call him out publicly on his insta and then he will just bare faced lie and make some sorry excuse like I'm a one man band will be sent tommorow etc etc pulling the sympathy card, zero integrity stongly reccomend everyone marks and avoids this company for merch as you more than likely won't recieve what you paid your hard earned money for and if you do fall for it get your bank to chargeback the funds, don't allow yourself to be ripped off.

My order arrived today.

For all of those posting negative feedback stop being so fu€£ing impatient and try running a business yourself.

As a former soldier I want to support veteran owned businesses, however I put my order on 12th January and am yet to receive it. I’ve sent emails to chase up and I have received no response. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.

Allyness is such a good offer, but the owner has failed to deliver items that were ordered on the 2 Nov 24. My son and I both are serving and my son bought me a birthday present to go on operations. He has never received the goods, now 3 months later. Don’t ‘bite the hand that feeds you’. Really disappointed that you have taken £100 from us and not produced the goods. No matter how hard running a business is, you still need to deliver and communicate. I have sent 5 emails with no response.

Absolutely terrible communications.

Sent 3 emails chasing an order for £200 and heard nothing. I am a serving soldier and want to support veteran owned companies however I will not be ordering from this company again which is a shame as the artwork is truly one of a kind and the website sends a strong pro veteran pro military message and celebrates our military history.
