ALM Digital is a scam taking ChatGPT payments

ALM Digital is a scam masquerading as a payment portal for ChatGPT.
I recently went to renew my annual ChatGPT 4.0 subscription. My payment of Aud$79.99 was taken via PayPal. I was triggered into action when my ChatGPT login no longer worked.
I was stunned to see my payment was hijacked by ALM Digital. I still can't work out how it happened.
I reported the transaction to PayPal who immediately sent my refund request to ALM Digital with my claim that this was a fraudulent transaction. ALM-Digital.com
I received a refund within 48 hours indicating to me that ALM Digital know that this is fraud.
