My family and I had a wonderful experience Alhamdulillah and this was our first umrah. The agency was communicative with us from the beginning and throughout the journey. Any time we had a problem they quickly responded and even responded outside business hours to fix problems and accommodate us. They provided us the best options for services and tours and we are so happy with them Alhamdulillah. We will be referring our family to this agency inshAllah. And saqib khan did wonderful job taking care of us. Thank you!

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Al Madinah Travels. They misled me every step of the way, from false promises to poor service. I paid for a service that was never delivered, and when I tried to reach out for support, I was completely ignored. The lack of transparency and the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is astonishing. They are scammers who will do nothing but steal your money. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BOOK THEM FOR YOUR OWN WELL-BEING!!!!!!!

He helped me a lot. He always answered and helped me with a lot of patience and understanding whenever I asked for help in mecca and madinah. The best company in my opinion. The two hotels we went to were, the ones in mecca and madinah and they were both very excellent, including the hard working workers in both places. Drivers were always on time and kind. The hotels, el ebaa and saja al madinah, were excellent hotels with amazing workers that were very hardworking. My time for humrah was very easy and enjoyable.

I booked my Umrah package with Almadinah and made full payment in February. Despite assurances that all arrangements were complete, upon arrival in Medina after an 18-hour flight, I discovered significant problems. Although my agent had requested early check-in, the hotel had no record of this request. While the hotel eventually accommodated us, we had to wait an hour in the lobby, causing considerable distress to my tired children. Further, despite my agent’s claim that the hotel stay was prepaid, the hotel had received no payment and requested payment from me.i showed them the hotel confirmation i receieved from almadinah but they told me that the reservation was made via priceline.com but no payment was being made. I had no choice but to pay $1154 using my credit card. Repeated attempts to contact my agent were unsuccessful. Although the Almadinah agent eventually promised a refund upon my return from Umrah, two months later, I have yet to receive the $1154. Despite weekly calls and messages, my refund requests have been consistently ignored or delayed. My experience with Almadinah was deeply unsatisfactory, demonstrating a lack of reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness.

This company is a SCAM, FRAUD. They take money, and then make excuses about booking. They promised to make the refund and then does not pickup phone calls. Ashir is the main guy who talk nicely to cheat you.

Great experience. And great price.

Our Family went for the Umrah this Ramadan with Al Madinah Travels and we can say that it was definitely one of the best trips of our life. The whole communication was seamless allowing us to fully focus on our Ibadah. All the hotels were great and just seconds away from Haram. Their team in Saudi is very helpful considering the crowd and situation of Haram in Ramadan they still were available to help us check in at the hotels. Brother Raheem was in contact with us to make sure there were no problems. Their transport team was also very punctual and responsive. I would definitely recommend going with Al Madinah Travels as they are the best in their work.

The flights were booked correctly and the hotels were booked fine as well. The transportation was set up fine as well, except for when we were going to Jeddah from Makkah, the transportation team wanted clarification on whether we would be using a sedan or van. When they had asked me to verify with the agency, I got no response until I returned back to the US after Eid, which was after we needed assistance. The transportation company was nice enough to figure it out for us. While everything worked out logistically, some things to keep in mind… This agency is pushy when trying to get the payments and finalizing the trip. They will keep calling relentlessly with no regard to the number of times they reach out or time of day. They are not clear with the terms or when the second part of the payment is due. There should be clear and upfront communication when dealing with such a big amount of money. I also had to follow up multiple times to get the itinerary and confirmation for flights and hotels till just 2 days before traveling. The hotel in Madinah called Zaha Al Madinah was not that clean or nice, we were there for 3 days and they didn’t clean the room once. We were also told they had a Suhoor buffet but once we got there we found out it was an iftar buffet only. Thankfully they were places close enough to get food so it worked out but just double check if you plan to travel to Ramadan. If you went to book a decent trip you can go through this agency but make sure you’re staying vigilant and double checking everything to avoid surprises.

I cannot stress this enough: do not trust this travel agency with your Umrah trip. My experience was not only disappointing, it was stressful, deceitful, and in some cases, downright dangerous.

Even before the trip began, I was already stressed. I kept calling to ask for my hotel reservations and it took multiple attempts before I was finally given the name of a hotel. I had paid in full well ahead of time, but they did not reserve the hotel, despite repeatedly telling me they had. That alone should’ve been a red flag.

Just one day before my trip, I was informed that the hotel in Madinah had been changed because the original one was “completely booked.” That’s when I realized the agency had intentionally refused to book the 5-star hotel I paid for. Instead, they opted for a cheaper hotel without any consideration for the comfort I had paid for and with no intention of refunding me for the downgrade or inconvenience. It is absolutely horrible and unethical to charge for a 5-star package knowing full well you’re going to deliver a 3-star (or worse) experience.

From the start, I raised concerns about all the negative reviews I had read, especially about last-minute hotel changes and unmet promises. I was reassured that those issues only happened with clients who didn’t pay on time, and that I had nothing to worry about since I was paying in full and on time for a premium package. That was a complete lie.

The replacement hotel in Madinah was a 3-star with terrible reviews. I explicitly stated I did not agree to this change, but they went ahead anyway, showing complete disregard for my consent or comfort.

Worse, once we arrived in Madinah, it took forever for them to assign a driver. When one finally showed up, he was speeding recklessly. The driver who took us back to the airport from Makkah was even worse, we had a near-miss accident due to his dangerous driving.

In Makkah, although the hotel matched what was in the package, the room did not. I had paid for a king bed room to accommodate myself, my husband, and our little baby. Instead, we were given a tiny quad room with four single beds crammed together. When I complained to their representative, I was told that the agent had only booked quad rooms, meaning they never intended to give us the room we paid for. It was deliberate.

I had to plead with the hotel manager directly. Out of kindness and after seeing my baby, he gave us a handicap king room. It wasn’t ideal, but at least it was usable. The fact that I had to go through all of that just to get close to what I paid for is absolutely outrageous.

This agency is dishonest, careless, and exploitative, especially shameful during such a sacred time as Ramadan. What should’ve been a peaceful, spiritual experience turned into a nightmare.

If you value your time, money, safety, and spiritual peace, stay far, far away from this agency. They will ruin what should be one of the most meaningful journeys of your life.

I had an amazing Umrah journey with Al Madinah Travels! They handled everything seamlessly—flights, transportation, hotels, and even a great sightseeing tour. The accommodations were comfortable, transport was punctual, and their team was always helpful. Their attention to detail made my pilgrimage stress-free, allowing me to focus on my spiritual journey. Brother Wajahat did an excellent job in getting the best price for my sister, brother and myself for my second Umrah trip. The hotels were very clean and comfortable, great buffet. This is my second booking with Al Madinah travels. I highly recommend them. Great price and very reliable staff. I was able to contact them from Mecca and got a response right away. My taxi service was very punctual and reliable.
Brother Wajahat did a really good job, and I will request him to take care of my next booking. Insha Allah. He is very patient and friendly. Since my party was 3 people, that meant more time on the phone and more questions, but all was accomplished with ease. Jazaakallah for all the extra work, brother Wajahat. Abdul Raheem made my trip very easy and communicated very well. The whole experience was wonderful and peaceful. Abdul Raheem organized the trip for my family and was on top of everything he communicated well and answered all our questions immediately. I would definitely go again with this company. Me and my brothers attended Umrah for the first time. We purchased the 5 Star package from Al Madina Travel. With the help of brother Wajahat from the Al Madina Travel, we had the best experience ever! Brother Wajahat arranged all the hotels and flights for me and my brothers. The best thing about our trip was the hotels that were both within walking distance from the Haram and Kaaba in Makkah and Prophet Muhamad SAW in Madina. This was a trip of a lifetime for us three brothers and significant for us to take. We all had such a profound experience that we will go back again with Al Madina travel, as they made everything easy for us. Thank you, Brother Wajahat.

Trip details change in the last minuet , not honoring their package detail ,they moved us from five star hotel to less than one star place we could not do anything at that moment but accepting it just because we have no other place to spend our last two night , moving us from one hotel to other in Makkah and trying to have use all five in one room while we reserved two rooms in the package l

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Al Madinah Travels. We booked a trip with them, and without any prior notice, they changed our hotel. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find out that we were not staying at the hotel we had originally selected. The new hotel was of lower quality, and it did not meet our expectations.

The lack of communication from the agency was unacceptable. We were not informed about the change, and when we tried to contact them for an explanation, the response was slow and unhelpful.

This experience has completely ruined our Omrah. I would not recommend Al Madinah Travels to anyone looking for a reliable and professional travel service. They need to improve their communication and customer service.

I went for Umra with my Family from Florida, I booked my trip via Al Madina travel of Texas. Their service was an excellent experience and I will recommend and utilize this travel agency again and again to visit KSA. They deliver what they promise, even though the prices were little high, but I got what I paid for. Mr. Omar and sister Aysia were very helpful throughout the trip. Looking forward to go again soon InshAllah.

You have to be very careful when you book with this company the change the hotels when we arrived to the Madina from a 4 stars to a zero star without explain or apologize or even bother to call anyone in the group . Never going to do business with them anymore

I don’t recommend Almadinah Travel. I went to umrah with them in December and bought 5stars package. They changed hotel reservations for last night in Mecca claiming that there is no availability in our current hotel but when we asked the receptionist there was availability for more than one night in the same room we had. When we went to the new hotel they kept us waiting in the reception for 3hrs saying that they have only one triple room ready for check in for 5 of us. They tried to convince us to get the key for one room but after long back and forth with their staff, I had to go and talk to the hotel receptionist and I came to know that the other room was ready since we came but Almadinah travel was trying to get all 5 of us in one triple room. When we got into Madinah our reservation changed from 5 stars to less than 1 star hotel and of course we called them but they didn’t answer our calls or reply to our messages until now. The hotel in Medinah had bed bugs, flies, moths, filthy smell, broken bathroom sink, no cleaning service, the room had 5 beds when we reserved two rooms, triple and double. Overall, Almadinah travel needs to keep their words and fulfill their responsibilities and be honest.
