Very disappointed with this Travel Agency. Firstly, the original flight reservations we had agreed on before they took my payment turned out to get cancelled the day before my trip, due to reasons unknown although they claim it was due to the carrier, thus I was given totally different arranged flights with 2-3 multi-stops in between which delayed my arrival by +24hrs gone from my stay. My Saudi eVisa was not issued to me on time and due to "errors on their end" which only began to led me to believe how unorganized this agency is. I would like to also note that I only had 5 nights of stay for their "7 night Umrah Group Package". My designated driver who was in charge of picking me up at the Jeddah Airport when I first landed was not informed to wait & pick up 2 other passengers back to the Medinah Hotel so while we left the Jeddah airport to Medinah, we had to make a complete U turn to pick up those 2 guests which only ate away more time from this trip. Getting picked up and dropped off to my hotel took almost 8 hours in this process alone due to the miscommunication when it should have taken half of that time. On my way returning back home at the end of this trip, from of the excessive stops between connecting flights, one of flights departed at the same time of arrival so I tried to run to the next gate to hopefully make the flight however they had already departed which I knew would affect the progress of my belongings. I lost my baggage+carry on returning back home since my carry on was stripped from me on one of the flights that ran out of space during this process and was left with barely any belongings on me while I had a 3 multi-stop flights. This Umrah trip had so many major inconveniences for me, if I could give them zero stars I would. I spoke with other members travelling with this Agency at the hotel about my inconveniences and they also felt like this agency was not up to their competitors standards with accounts of miscommunication, last minute cancellations, and excessive connecting flights. I will not be returning with this Agency as it was the worst agency I had used so far. They also called me to refuse being held accountable for this review and asked me to take this down with no accommodations for such inconveniences besides hopefully booking with them again in my next Umrah saying "they will remove any profit off my next Umrah inshallah". These guys really upset me during an important time of peace with false led expectations. They have already tried to report this review to try to censor it and get it taken down with TrustPilot asking for proof of transaction with Al Madinah Travels LLC.

I went for Umrah in October 2023 through Al Madinah Travels. It was my first time performing Umrah with my Family. Mubashir was our agent. He was in contact with us throughout the whole trip. He was very patient and answered any questions we had. It was very beautiful and enlightening journey. I would highly recommend Al Madinah Travels. As Salamu Alaykum brother, just some feedback on the whole trip that I booked from Al Madina Travels. Brother Mairaj who has led our group during the whole Umrah has been very helpful and kind and patient. May Allah bless him, truly made the whole experience much easier. He is also very knowledgeable and was able to explain things very easily. Alhumdulilah I am very grateful for my first Umrah experience to be led by brother Mairaj and everything that has been provided to me through him and through the entire package. The hotels that we stayed in were perfect and brother Mairaj was very quick to respond and help whenever needed in those hotels no matter what time of day or night it was. This brother made sure everyone had the best and easiest experience.

You must use this company. Please ask for brother Mubashir, this was our first time visiting Makka and Medina, he made it very easy for us (me and my 6 yrs old son). We went Sept 12 through Sept 21, 2023. The hotels in Medina and Makka were very close to masjid which made it easy for us. We did private not with group. Brother Mubashir arranged all the transportation from the airport to the hotel and ziyarat. Brother Mubashir was available 24/7 for any questions he also would texted us to make sure we were okay. He is very kind and well experienced. He made us feel so comfortable and ask any questions. I'm planing to go back to umrah next year and I'm going to use this company again. I'm thankful to find trustworthy company like this online.

Medina hajj group provided us excellent service to the entire trip, representative Mubashir Ali was awesome.

The service we received was great. The location of the hotels across from the prophet’s masjid and the kaabah made the experience much more comfortable by far. The agent was available by phone throughout travel and extremely helpful and informative. I would recommend and use this agent again without question.

Medina travel is one of the best. Their service is second to none. Good hotel reservation for both mecca and Medina. Near to the Haram. Their staff are great and helpful especially Mr akmal.

The service and price were great, the local people in mecca and Medina coordinated very well and they took us for ziyarat, if there was a delay on our end they were patient enough to wait.
