Premium-priced knife that began rusting shortly after first use, despite being used and cared for exactly as recommended. This is not what I would reasonably expect for the price or how the product is marketed.

I have contacted the company multiple times via email and Facebook and received no response. Very disappointing product performance and customer service. Cannot recommend.

Please before putting your order expect extra extreme charges from customs.
I made my order 25/12/23 I returned it due to extreme customs charges and until today 04/02/2024 I have no news for my order and no refund. I have contacted them many times with no answer until today. I will attach my order so you can believe me I am not lying. I lost my money. Order #1771. I am not lying.

I saw their ad and ordered their thanksgiving 2 knife deal. Received knives in less than a week, used them a few times and these are the really well made, I went on an order a set for my brother. Paid a good price compared to the others selling similar styles.

If you came from some famous outdoor creator of Youtube, please do not buy anything from this seller. AlmazanKnives.com doesn't exist in Spain and selling terrible copy of original AlmazanKitchen's tools.

Ordered knife. Waited almost 2 months with no updates, no communication. Reached out to the support line and i did receive an reply same day saying someone would look into it. 2 days later no reply i reached out again only to receive the generic "someone is looking into this for you, we will get back with you shortly" 12 days and 5 e-mails later no update, no reply, no knife.

And before i receive the classic "you must have purchased this from a different seller" No, i didn't, Directly through you.

Scam.

Update... 6 months later still no knife or reply. Do not give these people any money

Top quality knife that knocks the socks off of other well known fashionable brands, so good that I’ve just ordered another one . Just make sure that you DON’T buy from the fakers at Almazankitchen !!

Very bad service. after using the knife one time, the blade looked very bad. Wrote them for info about that, an they said they work write back. its been 6 months now and no answer.

I disappointed their products but also customer service. I have received broken knife and it's made by terribly soft steel so not enough durability.
Customer Service didn't provide any responses, I requesting refund for 3 months. they will claimed this review is fake...AlmazanKnives is fake.

Really poor service. My brand new cutting boards and the wood is falling apart.

Almazan’s answer: Regarding the provided photo of your cutting board - when it splits like that, unfortunately, it usually means that it was immersed in water for a long time.

It’s not good enough. I have provided the board with oil several times and the board is indoor. It have never been in water. You are claiming to use quality wood, apparently it’s not.

Can not recommend Almazan at all!

Order #466248-In case Almazan Kitchen would like to verify the legitimacy of this review. I was mesmerized by the recipes and cooking techniques. I wanted to support Boki and Alex by ordering their products. I ordered 2 items back in April 2020 [knife w/sheath (130.00 EUR) and wooden cutting board (89.00 EUR)]. I received the cutting board but not the knife yet. It is now July 2020.

I've been communicating with the Sales dept. They were apologetic and asked me to work with USPS and see if the merchandise had been stolen. They also asked for pictures of the package delivered and if I could get a copy of the weight of the package. I dont have any of that. I did contact USPS but have not heard back. This is the responsibility of Almazan Kitchen to ensure that they honor their customer's order. I asked Almazan Kitchen for proof that they shipped the knife but haven't heard back from them yet. I've sent multiple inquiries.

I asked for either a refund or send me the knife but after having read responses from everyone, I doubt that I will get the merchandise or my money back. If by some miracle that they are a legitimate business, I will be happy to update my review. For now, I would not recommend for anyone to engage and support Almazan Kitchen business. You can find similar products online with legitimate business operations. Save your hard earned money and precious time. Don't waste it on Almazan Kitchen.

Almazan Kitchen-this is your chance to make things right for your legitimate customers. You have my information.

Update: I was able to get a hold of USPS and they advised that once an international shipment enters US Custom, packages are not weighed. USPS does not have proof that two items were shipped to me. Almazan Kitchen Sales sent a copy of the EMS doc containing the weight of the package and advised that they actually packaged two boxes together with cling film versus originally stating the one package containing both items. They advised that they will open an internal investigation on my behalf. Although thankful, but I don't think it will be a win/win outcome. I wont see the knife and lost a whole lot of money...reality.

One correction that I would like to make is that some of the negative reviews that I read were ones from Almazanknife which is a different company than Almazan Kitchen. My experience noted is specifically with Almazan Kitchen.

There is many great reviews that coming out this seller's scamming. I bought one of their product in Nov. 2018 but didn't arrived. I contacted to support@almazanknives .com but I haven't any response yet, My order# is 6014 please refund to me ASAP! I tired this game....

The seller did not shipped items what i bought. I paid a doller but have not get items today. customer support ignoring my refund request. this is scam and fake business...anyone please help me....

At first, their website looks so polite and trustworthy. But bought items didn't arrived home, and they ignored my inquiries over and over. They claimed always "we have 7/24 live support" but it is completely not true. why you ignoring me? According to spanish government database, AlmazanKnive.com does not exist in Spain. Yes, they are Dummy fraud company. If you viewing my review, do not buy anything from them. All 5-stars reviews generated by themselves.

I thought I was buying the real Serbian Almazan kitchen knife, I even went on Facebook to do since they warned about replicas and other people selling similar knife using their name. I got duped and purchased a knife that isn’t even sharp, the handle is too small and the sheath looks and feels like it’s made out of cardboard. I have reached out to get my money back and I am getting the run around. That’s to be expected from scammers that use other people’s name and talents. So everyone make sure you contact the correct Almazan kitchen people, message them directly on Facebook in order to not end up with an expensive chunk of dull steel.

Update on almazanknives.com:
ok, as promised in my first review, i brought the knife to a professional knife sharpener here in Switzerland:

1. Basically he said that the metal has only a hardness of max. 58. (Which is very, very soft)
2. Even though he reworked the cut and everything it is not possible to get this knive to an acceptable sharpness.
3. It is not really straight and it's impossible to make it straight....
4. In the meanwhile rost startet to come out of the knife after approx. 3 weeks. (And i always use oil and treat it correctly)

So i have to say the knive looks very nice, but besides that it is completly crap and not worth to buy, you will be very disapointed. They just hammered together some cheap, already rusty metal pieces...

But in the meanwhile i did find avery good knive maker producing similar, but professionaly made knives:

I ordered my knife, chef version, damascus steel, at almazanknifes.com.
Customer service was very fast and responded 2 times within 12 hours. Check.
Delivery took approx 2 weeks. Check.
Knife looks very nice, was covered with oil. Check.
The Knife is not sharp at all though. And the blade is not completly straight. What a pity. I will bring it to a professional knife maker to get it straight and sharp. I somehow wonder how this knife passed the quality control.
But i have to say it is a very extraordinary knife, very nice. NO scam, NO ripp off.
If you dont get an order confirmation, check your spam Order. It will be there.

Never received my knife after this email. This is 1st March 2018. No refund either. I messaged them on fb they never replied 2 years later no one has responded still. They also deleted all my comments asking for a refund on their fb page.

Order the knife, received within a week. Now about the knife....this thing is awsome!! I have bought plenty of knives over the past 25+ years and this one is one of the most unique and usable knife I know own. Great quality and much better than the knife I bought from the Kitchen guys. There knife was garbage compared to this one from Almazan Knives. Top knife and really impressed with the leather scabbard which is very well made. You will not be disappointed with this.

Its been over 3 months and I still have not received the knife. Multiple emails back and forth, and every promise has been broken. I doubt I will ever receive it. 100 bucks down the drain.

Got my knife. Not a single issue. As advertised. Great knife, great sheath. Well packaged and professionally shipped.
