Knives are good value for the prices, customer servise resolved my issues very quickly, knives arrived in less than 2 weeks and was happily surprised at the weight and quality of them.

Absolutely great dealings with this company and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again! I ordered knives on two separate occasions and was delighted at the speed at which they were sent and quality of them both was spot on.

I ordered 2 knives from almazanknives.com, partially as a gift for a friend who had mentioned the name, and it was only after ordering that I learned about the youtube channel & the claims of the website being a scam, so I was nervous to see if anything arrived.

Well today, on the 23rd day from ordering, I received a USPS package with a pair of absolutely beautiful knives in it. I ordered 2 of their "Hand Forged Damascus Steel" kitchen knives, as well as 2 of their upgraded sheaths and everything looks and feels solid enough to last a lifetime. The knives came with a good coating of oil on the blade, inside a plastic bag, then wrapped in wax paper and tied with a piece of twine, while the sheaths were only wrapped in tissue paper and then tied with twine.

The blades have a nice edge to them and some definite weight, but they're not so heavy as to make me think it wouldn't be comfortable to use for an extended period. The balance of the knife is about 1" forward of the handle, which puts it almost exactly in the middle of the entire length. This will be perfect for what I'll use mine for, which is mostly slicing, chopping & dicing. I did get the thinner blade thickness for both knives, so I'm sure that the thicker blades would have their balance point further towards the end of the knife, which would be great for heavier chopping/cleaving.

As is, I'm going to have to get over how beautiful the blade looks before I can bring myself to try chopping bones, which is no problem with the knife.

I'm extremely excited to put this thing in regular use and am already planning on getting one of their chef's knifes.

on 13th of February I ordered a knives, immediatelly payed 164 §, and till today I have'nt this item.
What can I do?

Almazan knives from almazanknives.com are scam artists so beware. The mistake I made was thinking these are the same guys from the youtube channel Almazan Kitchen which they are not.
I paid £117 for a knife in January and have emailed continuously asking for an update and now, as of 7th April I have had no response and had to open a paypal claim.
If you try leaving bad feedback on their site or facebook page they just delete it but if you search elsewhere on the internet you'll find others like me who have been a victim of fraud.
