I recently attended a traditional tea ceremony, and the whole experience — the atmosphere, the ritual, and the brewing technique — was truly impressive. The gongfu style allows you to fully appreciate the character of each tea: the aroma unfolds in layers, the flavor evolves with every infusion, and the depth becomes more noticeable over time.

After the ceremony, I decided to purchase several teas — Da Hong Pao, Shu Pu-erh, and Tie Guan Yin. I’ve since recreated the brewing process at home, and the quality is excellent. The leaves hold up through multiple infusions, delivering clean, rich, and well-balanced flavors. I especially enjoyed the Shu Pu-erh — smooth, velvety, and perfect for a relaxed evening.

I’m very glad I first experienced these teas during the ceremony before buying them — now I truly understand how to bring out their full potential. Highly recommended!
