Would not give a rating if I could ... reading all the reviews...abs just like them ordered something and still not arrived. Will not even answer my emails now and won't refund. Please do not use this company.

Scammers !!! No intention of sending out items like advertised. Don’t waste your money. Never received item.

Do not buy from this company!!!! I bought something for Easter 14 days prior to Easter. Web site stated would be delivered before Easter, and good Friday it’s still in the US never going to be in The UK on time and they will not refund!

Company took more money out that total, put in a PayPal claim. Got an instant refund when I mentioned fraud. That’s the only reason for 2 stars.

No stars - bloody awful service. Ordered an item on 8 Dec 2023 and never got it.

DO NOT USE!!! Wish I could give minus score!!! 3 months now still no goods, won't give a refund. Delivery, if it ever existed, is clearly not coming!! So angry being fobbed off in emails!!!

Took two months to arrive - kept telling me it was almost here (as I wanted to cancel the order)
Offered me some money back so I’d keep the goods - I never received it - just ignore me now.
More importantly the goods are a load of cheap horrible rubbish .
AVOID !!! AVOID !!!
PayPal didn’t help get my refund either

Like others I ordered 3x items that have never arrived just get a response from customer services saying they are still in transit. Ordered 13/12 and the tracking reference they sent me says it’s in a distribution centre in Oxford since 9/1.
Like others have begun the process of requesting a refund.
I have posted on their ads on FB telling people to avoid!

DO NOT USE! I ordered early December, and it’s now February! Apparently my parcel was delivered but to the wrong address! I kept getting updates from Royal Mail saying they’d tried to deliver but I was always at home?? Communication is awful, luckily I paid with Klarna so I won’t be making the last payment!

Only pressed one star to get this box up. Terrible company, think it’s a scam. Orders and paid fir good December , no receipt, not interested in refunding ..please do not use this company .

I ordered some goods on December 13th & I'm still waiting for them to be delivered! I have had numerous generic responses from them, citing problems with shipping updates! I have contacted my bank for help.

Ordered on December the 9th haven’t received my order. Tracking last states entered the UK on January the 6th. Sent numerous emails reply ‘be patient’. I have had enough meant to be Christmas present. Raised a dispute with Barclays and apparently this is a recurring payment so please beware. Don’t buy from this company.

Don’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered on 8th December and still waiting for my order! When I email, get an automated response saying, contact seller! No, I bought from you. Absolutely disgraceful! Do not buy from them! These were supposed to be Christmas presents!

If I could give this “so called company “ a -10 I would, I ordered on the 10th of December for a Christmas present & still waiting 24th January, yes you get an email for tracking …. I’ve not received one since the 8 th of January, they then tell you to email the seller ….. ERM YOU ARE THE SELLER…. I’ve sent pictures of the confirmation email & nothing !!!

I don't even want to give this company one star. I placed two separate orders on 11.12.23. I'm still waiting for one. Just get automated email. Absolutely disgusting. DONT BUY OFF THEM.

Took money out of my account. Purchased an item for £9.63 posted and they took £11.63 out of my account and are awful to get hold of, ive had to contact my bank, AVOID!

Waste of time. Ordered a Christmas present on 16 December (within advised delivery schedule dates) and still waiting on 8th January! No contact apart from check tracking… I’m beginning to wonder if I have been scammed!……..don’t waste your money ‘buying’ from these people!

UPDATE - 22 FEBRUARY, STILL NO SIGN OF THIS ORDER and when you contact them by e mail they suggest you contact the seller.....THEY ARE THE SELLER!! I BELIEVE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Waiting 4 weeks. Don’t know how to contact them. I used pay pal so will go back to them hopefully get my money back.

This company is not willing to refund when an item is faulty …. Only offers £2 compensation….. several e mails later and still won’t refund …. *BE CAREFUL* DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY *

Never buy from these people. The item I bought was not as described and took over 6 weeks to arrive. I have complained and they offered me £2 compensation. Watch what they charge you as they also over charged me by £3.65 on my order.
