I ordered on Nov 17th for my boyfriends Christmas present. The tracking number still says “waiting to receive the item to Royal Mail” it’s been like that for 8 weeks. I have emailed them to ask for a tracking number which actually works and if they have sent the items and yet everytime they say it’s a COVID delay and don’t tell me anything. Fair they finally refunded the express shipping I paid! But still WHERE ARE THE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS?! I’m so fed up of emailing it’s half way through Feb and still nothing. I’m absolutely gutted as it’s not the cheapest clothes.

I ordered something in November and now in February I’m still waiting to receive my items. The responses from customer support have been really poor and unhelpful.

I placed an order and after reading the reviews have checked and got my order refunded. I didn't get a response till about 4 days after the order but they have refunded my money quite prompt once I got a reply but I had emailed them a few times to get a response. Can't say the quality of clothes the designs look good but I was misinformed delivery times and the sale prices aren't actually sales. Legit company but something smells a little fishy, but I got my order canceled and can see the money is coming back so I won't give 1 star as I didn't see the clothing and have received service from the company which I wasn't sure would be received after reading reviews. If your happy to wait a few weeks for the items I'm sure youll get what you paid for but be wary using this company if you choose to.

Excellent quality of fabrics, beautiful clothes even prettier than on photos and comfortable to wear! Shipping is a bit slow (maybe it's due to pandemics), but it is worth waiting for a while!

Ok, so first, I just got my Product after 2months of waiting, it was ordered as a Christmas present, and it is spectacular! The fabric is soft and comfortable, it looks actually as advertised, keeps all promises on the website and the quality is to be honest worth the money (39.00 Euro for a pair of sweatpants). 

At first, I was, as many other reviewers shocked and angered by the massive wait, but when I contacted ALOHA FROM DEER, they explained that: they are produce every pair on-demand, 
they are sending out 1000 Packages-A-Day 
that corona situation as well as the christmas-rush 
tripled the wait!

So my review: 
Product: 10/10
Waiting-time: 3/10 
But since they have an understandable excuse 
all after all 10/10

Scammers. Long story short, kept my money for three months and tried to convince me to waive my rights for refund in order to get my order. Nice pictures on the website, but con artists on the other side. Very bad experience.

Do not use this company.
I ordered on 11th November 2020.
I paid extra for express delivery.
It's now 2nd Feb 2021 and they've not even dispatched my item.
If and when customer services do reply, which is intermittent, they give a blanket response about covid. They won't refund me or give me an estimate as to when I'll receive my item. Do not use this company.

Do not order from this company. I ordered on the 17th December and am still waiting. They do not respond to emails until you start asking for your money back and then you get a one line response blaming Covid. Handing money to them feels like you have been scammed, which I am worried I might have been. I am about to contact my bank to do a charge back, and I suggest you do too. I am also going to write to

Aloha From Deer provides an unsatisfied product only matched by their insufferable staff. Matching items were purchased and mismatching items were received. Customer support instructed for the return of the items with promise of the refund for the return postage costs. They then refused to refund the cost of anything! This company duped a paying customer at their expense. Threats of legal action is what it took to get 99% of the total refund back, a total of 71 days later, 21 emails & 8-10 hours on the phone talking to advisors.

Do not buy from this company. Their products are of diminished quality and their staff will do anything to avoid responsibility. Know your rights and read the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have more power than you realise. Always remember, the "final decision from management" is never final!

I have been in contact with Consumerline, UKECC & Resolver so this company cannot do this to anyone else ever again.

This company is absolutely awful! They never sent my order after 15 email exchanges and promises. I checked with them in November that it will be received before Christmas, which they promised it would be and 3 months later it is still not send. I highly suspect it to be some kind of money speculation scheme where they hold and speculate with your money until you request a refund. In short, stay away!

Ordered a hoodie and I've been waiting for it for a month now. Received an arrogant reply from the customer support. Don't order anything from them.

They are slow, that is a fact. I wanted to have a hoodie for Christmas and I have just received it in mid January.
On the other side, quality of the product is great. I actually ordered the second from them and I am quite satisfied.

ok i waited 3 months and it came to me funny. but when the goods arrived, I found that it was the best quality clothing for years back. Absolutely super high quality. Thx

Terrible company. I ordered on the 16th November and on Christmas Eve it was still pending. I contacted them two weeks after ordering and they said in their T&C it says 25 days production. Well after 38 I still didn't have it. I requested a refund. Monday 28th Dec I get a message saying if I waited a bit more I'd get a free mask, went via PayPal to request a refund and was told on the 29th it's ready to ship but they can't because of Covid restrictions. I replied oh it's suddenly ready to ship. I'll take the refund. Did get money back but it's not good service to make people wait over 43 days, even if it's "custom" order, heaven knows why it's custom order it's not as if their line of stuff is that big!

Communication from the company is appalling! Been over 3 weeks and no sign of the clothes I ordered having been sent yet which is completely unacceptable! I do wonder if the excellent reviews are actually fake to counterbalance all the highly negative ones

I ordered from them in the end of October and they notified me that it is going to part a while to get my order produced and delivered. During the wait I got worried when I read all the aweful comments here. But my order got delivered today, which is not very late. The quality is very good - I got sweatpants and hoodie and two face masks, all are matching the quality I saw on their webpage. With regards to the customer service, last week I got anxious and sent them an email asking how longer would it take to ship my order and I got a response that later matched the sent out action. Overall I am very satisfied and I am going to recommend them to anyone with an ounce of patience.

The hoodie is nice, I like the material and the cut.

I give one star down due to the fact that customer support did not respond to my email.

I didn't expect delivery in a few days. The reason was explained and I was ok with that.
"Now let's get down to work. For the sake of the environment, we want to produce exactly as many clothes as needed. Therefore, all products are made to order. Your order will now go through the entire production process: it will be cut, printed, sewn, inspected, packed and sent."

I ordered a pair of medium sized sweatpants and a sweatshirt and although I had to wait a while to get them, I thought the sizing and quality was very good and I would definitely order from them again
