BORDERLINE SCAM
YOU CANNOT CONVINCE ME THIS ISN'T SCAM!
I ordered (for the first time) on 22 June 2024, their website and Instagram page cited delivery time is 2-4 weeks.
The initial delivery date was 16-26 July 2024, which was revised pushed back to 23 August 2024 because of "backlog". It was the pushed further to 20 September 2024! I requested a refund as 3 months is an unacceptable wait time, as of 13 September 2024 I haven't received my refund or even acknowledge of my request!
The most alarming part is they are still posting and advertising on social media platforms and accepting orders, no mention of the "backlog" issues which result in a 3 month wait time! They are actively suppressing any backlash or negative feedback by DEACTIVATING Instagram comments and you cannot even send them a direct message (if they don't follow you) and they do not reply to emails!
They don't care what you have to say once they have your money!!!!
These are the hallmarks of a SCAM!
