Ordered a coat middle of October - tracking rubbish finally got them to resend and now again showing package not found. DO NOT USE

I ordered a jacket back in October 2025. Paid £44 99
Still haven’t received it. I written to them with no reply. So this company must be a scam. I’m sick to the back teeth of company’s getting away with this. What can I do??

Terrible company in China . Yet they say London . Ordered a coat at £40 . Came eventually was to small and nothing like the advert . Still trying to return it but it £26 to return . No one will help 🥲🤬

Terrible company pretending to be in the uk but are from china , the item I bought was not at all like the image on their sight it was cheap and nasty plus the size wasn’t right way too small . Avoid

Ordered a coat; what arrived looked nothing like the photos and it didn’t match the description. They continually fobbed me off telling me I had to pay to return it before finally admitting it didn’t match the description and offered to send me another one - far too little far too late.

Their policies are not in line with the consumer rights act and we’ve initiated a chargeback.

I ordered a coat off this website when it arrived it was nothing to what I had ordered wrong material was not anything advertised.
I got in contact via email and jesper the manager took on my dispute he was absolutely brilliant.
He immediately recognised something was wrong and offered to send out the correct coat with no extra cost free of charge and to keep the incorrect coat.
I was expecting not to get anywhere with my complaint but to my surprise jesper got all this sorted within 24 hours and has personally arranged the coat to be delivered fast track.
Absolute excellent customer service and I was very happy with the outcome.
I will definitely shop on there website again Purley for the customer care that was given to me.

I ordered a coat that took a long time to get here. It was very poor quality and has a hole in the pocket. It is very thin not padded out like the photo demonstrates. The XL fits a size 14 so all sizes are not accurate. I would return it but it is too expensive to return it to China. I didn’t realise when I ordered it the company are not in London. Very disappointed

Avoid like the plague!! Disgusting company that sent something completely opposite to what i ordered. They then make you pay to send it back to a company from China! They then offered to send me 10% back amd told me to sell what they give me to a family member! Scammers amd scum!

Kensington Luxe coat recieved after 5 weeks if waiting. Very poor quality and definately from china. I feel totally ripped off. Do not buy from these people!

Avoid this company at all costs.

They advertised a lively, thick brown, oversized coat m, reversible leopard print.
Item took 6 weeks to arrive!
Absolute rubbish.
Thin, dull material.
Very small.
Not reversible.
Lots of emails sent. Offered a refund, I have to pay and send it back to China!
Ignore the very nice ad, you will end up with a rubbing rag!!

If only i had read the reviews before i ordered!!! I ordered what i thought was a beautiful shiny high collared coat with a lovely leopard print lining. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was totally different. Way too small, badly made and horrible material. Although customer service do reply they will not take any action to make things better for me. They refuse to admit it’s a different coat and want me to pay the return cost… TO CHINA !!! Absolute scum of a company.. do not touchy with a barge pole.

AVOID AVOID AVOID scam company not based in London but their website leads you to believe they are!
They are based in China so returning items costs at a small fortune to send back before they will issue a refund.

I recently purchased this beautiful winter coat, and I couldn’t be happier! The delivery took a little longer than expected, but that didn’t spoil the excitement. The quality is excellent, the coat is wonderfully warm, and perhaps most importantly, it’s completely waterproof. I would definitely order from the Aloria webshop again! 😍

Ordered reversible jacket, NOT REVERSIBLE at all. It’s so thin nothing at all like the description, poor quality. Took 3 weeks to arrive extremely disappointed with the whole thing. The worst thing is it’s going to cost me £20 to return it, NOT TO LONDON has expected but to ASIA! The whole things a big SCAM I wish I read reviews first, consider a lesson learnt for me

The coat did take a long time to receive however customer service did keep me updated regarding it’s on its way so that was helpful
The coat is not reversible but it is a lovely coat very happy with it

Fake company wished I’d looked on here before ordering, the coat that came is nothing like the coat they are advertising it’s meant to be a quilted thick winter coat the one that arrived is thin no buttons with short arms. Please stay away from this awful company I’ve just lost £40, I’m not going to bother sending it back that will cost me another £20 and who’s to say I will get a refund. I’ve been well and truly had over 😡

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY misleading customers to believe they are UK based when they are not. They purport to sell quality clothing products but are actually selling nasty cheap polyester rubbish clothing from China. I have returned the goods I bought back to the China address they provided but have not received a penny refund. Unbelievably, the return address, exactly as given to me by them, is:
No. 2 freight elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor, upstairs, Yuantong Express,
No. 409, Suxi Yiwu Town

This alone should tell you everything you need to know about this company. STAY AWAY, YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND LOSE MONEY.

Absolutely awful quality it’s not even made out off the same material as the ones in the pictures I am you expect it too come from London seeing as it’s in the name no it’s from china I am seriously pissed off about this it took quadrupole the time too arrive than it said it would do not buy from this company!! I am hoping they send me my money back I have just asked for a refund and then went straight into here too warn other people

Amazing quality and lovely service!
My coat arrived earlier than expected and the quality is beautiful — soft, warm and looks just like the photos. Customer service was really kind and helpful when I had a question about sizing. Definitely recommend Aloria London! 💕
