Be Warned!
Be Warned! - There is nothing mentioned in the returns policy that the items will have to be returned to China and not the UK which is where I would have expected to send it. The company name and information give you the impression they are based in London, but this appears to be false. There is no address or phone number on their website. You have to fill in an online form. I am really not happy with posting the item to China and the cost of postage to China. The item cost me £39.99 and it cost me £20.00 to post, which is half the cost of the item so I am losing £20.00 for nothing! The item was not what I was expecting as it looked good quality on the website. When I opened the package it was clear that it was a very cheap fleece, very thin and the elbow patches and logo are printed. I didnt even bother to try it on and put it back in it's packaging.
At the bottom of their website are reviews allegedly from Trustpilot. I've looked on here and cannot find any other reviews for this company so it would appear they are fake and misleading. Be Warned!!
