Dont adverise something you cannot supply.

You advertised a type 4 RIC receiver for my phonak hearing aids and that is what I ordered. You sent a type 5 which uses a different kind of wax guard, so now I have a mix and match pair of hearing aids. Your excuse... run out of type 4. WHY ADVERTISE THEM THEN? Would help if you now sent me FOC a right hand type 5 RIC.....instead of offering free wax guards! Then I would have a matching pair.
