I received excellent treatment from Ross recently. He listened carefully to what I was saying and then proceeded to resolve the issue in my lower back. Would definitely recommend.

I am very grateful for the highly skilled professional care I received from Ross at Alpha Health in Welling. From his care and treatment, a very painful upper back injury was relieved over a few sessions.

I had an appointment today 18th June my first time visiting an osteopath and it was an excellent experience. The osteopath was Ross excellent from start to finish. I left there feeling so much improvement in just one appointment.

Have been treated by Will for problems with my leg ie torn tendon in hamstring. In no time at all it was back to normal. As I was also having problems with my arms, wrists and hands he did all he could to alleviate the pain. It needed further investigation and he wrote a letter for urgent care and now the problem has been diagnosed and treatment made available. Without Will’s insistance that there were underlying problems I wouldn’t have been able to see a GP. would definitely recommend Alpha.

Had terrible shoulder pain which then went to my lower back and caused me shortness of breath. I booked with Alpha and was seen by Ross who took notes of symptoms and then gave me treatment and advice. I was given exercises to do at home.
I would recommend them to anyone.

I went to Alpha Health as I had a knee injury. I Saw Will Barker. He told what was wrong with my knee and explained the treatment I needed. he worked on my knee and I was given exercises to do at home to strengthen my Knee. I have seen him 5 times and I am almost pain free. I could not recommend him highly enough. I am now able to function almost 100% in my very physical job.

Fantastic professional service provided. I feel so much better due to the help and support given.

Ross is outstanding!

During the diagnosis of my ankle, he explained in great detail what caused the injury and was able to make my ankle feel much better after the first session.

He also gave demonstrations of key stretches to perform in between the sessions which will rapidly speed up my recovery.

I will definitely return and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Ross explained the cause of my shoulder problem , and explained how we would make it better , from the first visit my pain was down from a 10 to a 2 and my mobility greatly increased. Ross is extremely patient, professional and explains very complicated things in a way that can be understood. I can not recomend the practice highly enough.

Ross Thompson was instrumental in my rehabilitation last year after a hip replacement. He was professional, patient and kind and gave me confidence.

Fantastic Service. Very helpful receptionist, never too much trouble to rearrange appointments. New clinic rooms are bright and spacious. I have found my Osteopath (Ross) to be professional, punctual and reliable and most importantly effective at supporting my health and reducing my pain levels with prescribed exercises to support my own self care ongoing. Very impressed and have recommended to our staff team.

Having bad posture and suffering from upper back and neck arthritic pain for many years.Which gave me poor mobility. I didn't want to carry on with pain killers.So decided to try Alpha Heatlh.This was one of the best decisions I have made.
Ross listened to my problems and planned exercises I could do at home. He explained in stages, how the exercises would help my pain.
After 3 weeks treatment, my mobility and pain has greatly improved.
I have now decided to have further treatment on my arthritic knees.
