i have had a bad neck prior to the Xmas period and have received treatment from Alpha Health over a 6 week period. My neck movement has improved for each visit and is now back to normal movement. I have been impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable and proffessional osteopath, who explained the procedures to be taken and exercises at home with the reasons behind the procedures. I can only recommend if anyone has and muscular problems to visit this business. Additionally if you are a member of the Simply Health (ex HSA) you can claim back the major proportion of the cost.

I would recommend Alpha Health to anyone who has any sort of structural issues within themselves. Ross was able to help me with some very interesting foot issues and I'm now walking pain free.
These guys are amazing at listening to you and helping you with any ailment that needs attending to.

I went to Alpha Health due to back pain. Very professional but friendly service which helped me to relax. Ross explained the treatment - what to expect, why he was doing certain moves and gave me exercises to continue at home which have helped me to improve my posture and relieve me of the pain. I have found the service provided by William Barker to be first rate. I did not make it easy by not knowing how I had injured my knee, but am on the road to recovery with very good treatment and ongoing exercises to perform.

When I first heard this clinic had opened in Welling, I was over the moon.... My son had been suffering for many years with chronic back problems due to his work. He felt like the pain was travelling from his neck to his back and also his arm. At this clinic the overall approach was and is warm and caring, he felt he was actually been listened to and heard. Visited following an injury to my knee. The GP was very unhelpful, so decided to look at other options. Mr Barker was very helpful and had a great deal of knowledge and insight. Helped me work out what the root of my issue was and gave me methods to strengthen the area. Will definitely recommend Alpha to others in my football team.

I would highly recommend having physiotherapy here, Will is very knowledgeable and provides excellent treatment throughout. He has helped me get back into running and relief pain in my shin after having shin splints for 6 months.

I have had a couple of sessions with Will working on some issues with joints with the aim of improving general movement and function for sports performance.
The sessions have been very good in terms of treatment received and knowledge gained during these sessions alongside useful rehab ideas for improvement out of session.
I will be continuing these sessions as the improvement in my issues is clear and evident after only a month.
