Called out Alpha engineer following a problem with my boiler. A guy called Adey phoned me up about 30 mins before he was due to arrive to make sure I was in. Worked out the problem within minutes and fitted a new valve under guarantee.

Excellent Service.
Called on Monday at 11am to request an engineer and was phoned back at 2.30pm to confirm engineer would call on Tuesday the next day.
Scott the engineer phoned first to confirm when he would arrive.
Scott discussed the Covid procedure before starting the repair and carrying out the Annual Service as previously agreed at time of Initial Service request.
Scott carried out the repair and service efficiently keeping us informed at all times.
Scott was certainly an Ambassador for the Company the way he conducted himself.
It was certainly a First Class Service from start to finish.
