Both 6 shirt Medium size and 3 joggers medium size and they are not fitting me and looks like their Large is standard medium.
I asked them for large size as exchange and now there are not accepting.
I never wore them and now they are useless.
The leggings ripped
It took a while to get here and I absolutely loved it. But the second time I wore them they ripped down the middle while doing leg press.. as you can imagine the whole gym saw what was under my leggings..
They looked great, but I wouldn't buy again. I would not feel secure in them. & as for sizes, I bought one bigger for comfort, which was okay. A bit long but I do have shorter legs.
Utterly horrible!
Utterly horrible. Shipping took FOREVER, products arrived damaged and literally were falling apart after 1 wear. Emails to customer service go ignored, messages on Social Media are ignored. Reading the comments on IG show that COUNTLESS people are having the same experience. By contrast, a similar brand, Doyoueven has INCREDIBLE customer service with immediate replies and product replacements if anything is slightly wrong.
Truly unacceptable what Alphalete is doing, taking people's hard earned money for crap quality products and completely ignoring all customer service requests.

BEWARE! Worst customer service! If they send you the wrong size, wrong time, something’s defective you won’t hear from customer service. Google them and see if you can find a # for customer service. Impossible to get a response
Rapidly declining customer service and quality
I started buying Alphalete back in 2019 and was impressed overall with their products, most stood the test of time, however some products (especially Alphalux) can bobble after one wash (even in 20 degree settings) which is not what you expect when paying such premium prices. The main issue however is their customer service (or lack of). I have experienced increasingly long waiting times for orders and when you email their customer service department, you’ll be very lucky to hear back from them. I personally feel this isn’t good enough in comparison to some of their competitors, especially with the premium price they charge. Seems like they’re focusing more on rapidly growing the company rather than improving the quality of their service and goods. My experience with Alphalete over the past 6 months has rapidly gone downhill and I’m honestly put off purchasing from them again.
The worst customer service I’ve ever…
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a pair of joggers which split along 2 seems within a week. Not the end of the world, stuff fails sometimes, I get that. But it has taken a month to get a refund for them. For the first 3 weeks I didn’t even get a reply from alphalete.
Sucks as I love the brand, but this would make me buy elsewhere from now on.

Today's date is the 10th January 2022. I placed an order for 4 items from Ireland on the 30th November 2021. I have emailed their "so - called monkey customer service" a total of 5 times. No one has replied to my emails or calls. I would give this company a zero stars rating as I would be quicker making my own leggings by the time I receive my order. For a company that is situated in the UK that can't even distribute order to neighbouring country such as Ireland is messing acting. The reason that this company is ignoring emails is because they're not acknowledging the delay or non delivery in writing inorder to prevent redress. My bank are looking for proof of receipt and exchange of emails between the customer and company acknowledging that the product hasn't been delivered. Avoid this company at all costs. I will be making formal complaint to customer commission party highlighting these scam artist. Fyi management get better customer services and delivery process. This is one way of driving your company into the ground.
Totally incompetent
I do not understand how they are not ashamed to be a company disaster, customer service sucks. I spent more than 300 dollars on clothes here and after waiting three months I never received any product I make the claim and they are never able to respond. People please DO NOT ORDER FROM ALPHALETE they will steal your money the only thing they do is publicity but the truth is that they are thieves and totally incompetent

Alphalete third party contractor delivery service with Hermes UK is absolutely dreadfull. I've waited 2-3 weeks for my parcel and still hasn't arrived because they have trusted it with a unorganised delievery company.
Honestly DPD can do a better job and that's a fact.

Do yourself a favour and just don’t place an order with this company. The wrong sports bra was added to my cart so I reached out after it was processed and they cancelled it. It’s been almost 2 months and they have not only ignored my emails but there’s no refund. Never mind the time I was sent a defective pair of amplify leggings (with a hole and fraying seam) and they did absolutely nothing about it.

I give this company 2 stars purely because i really like their products and they fit me well... if this was not the case it would definitely be a 1 star review. My order took 1 month to get to me, i got no shipping updates. I tried to reach out to customer service and never got any reply. Very annoying company on the customer service side of things...

It's like customer support doesn't even exist. Tried contacting them on various social platforms, their support emails, and nothing. I've ordered from them twice and both times I had issues.

If there was zero stars I would have given that. Words probably won’t be able to describe my encounter with this company. Horrible experience as I followed the descriptions before ordering and tried a number of pieces from different lines - three of the six I ordered where too big and when I received my response email I was scolded and made to feel I’d done something horrible and should have known better. They said because it was a sale I could not return any of it! I only wanted to exchange for smaller sizes or a different line which is what every other company I buy gym clothes from has always allowed me and everyone else to do until I find my size allowing me to buy more. It was first time ordering so I didn’t know how each line would fit - again I followed the size descriptions but some where too big because they where from different lines as the sizing runs different for most gym clothing brands perhaps because made by a different manufacturer for each line. It looks like the sale this company was having was just meant to get rid of old inventory perhaps things that where not selling especially colors? and they won’t let you return or exchange on a sale. So hence not giving us a good sale….just using us the get rid of the old and be a sucker. These clothes are very expensive and from what I’ve read by other reviews not long lasting quality- the seams come apart. I will not speak well if asked by my fellow gym friends or for anyone asking which company to buy from. When word continues to get around perhaps they may stop this terrible treatment of their customers or may end up losing business. The reason we try on clothes is so we can get a different size or style and I should have been able to do so.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered several items which was over 100$, and none of my items fit. I’ve emailed their custom service several times and even reached out to their Instagram platform to find out how to make an exchange and have received no response. It’s insane to me that they are ok taking money from someone and have no return process/communication with their customers. Never buy from them again

After spending 100s of dollars with this company, I’m not quite sure I want to order from them again. I recently tried to return a pair of leggings/crop top/sports bra.
Reasons for my return: leggings & sports bra were a size too big & the crop top had a snag in the fabric. I was thinking it wasn’t a big deal to return it (considering how much I loved their products and never had issues prior.
I planned to re-order/exchange the items… Instead it took almost an entire month to process the return on the crop top. As for the leggings/bra, my return couldn’t be processed due to “lingering odor” …I was surprised because I never actually wore these items.. I quickly tried them on & took them back off. I felt humiliated/embarrassed as if they were implying “I” had body odor. Which was ridiculous. I then waited 3 more weeks (because they sent them back to me) and I smelled them thinking maybe the package was damaged or came into contact with water from transit. But no damage and items smelled fine. Just smelled like fabric from a warehouse. I’ve also read 2 other comments before posting this where Customer had the exact same thing happen to them. Be careful if you decide to buy from this company.
Absolutely fuming
Absolutely fuming, my 5th pair of amplify leggings ripped on the stitching. I'm a size 8 and wear a size small in the leggings. For the price they are sold for its a disgrace that the product is ripping. I only got these leggings two weeks after waiting 6 weeks for them to arrive via post. Never again will I buy from alphalete back to gymshark to the animal adapt bottoms. Way better stitching, far better quality and worth the money
They Will Reject Returns to Steal Your Money
Just awful. I ordered 4 items, none of them fit well so i returned everything. They rejected half my return because of "strong odor". Well I tried the shirts on once then packed them to ship back. Read the other reviews, this company is a total rip off and this is their way to steal your money. They also dont cover the cost to return items.
