Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers , waited on my girlfriends bday present for almost half a year. They wouldn’t refund and just kept sending me automated responses when I reached out. I’m gonna have to file credit fraud as they have scammed me. I don’t know why they boost endless sales, when they can’t fulfill simple orders. I have never dealt with such a s hit company in my life

That's not how you do business...After a month and five days of not recieving my order I got the following email after complaining..

Thank you for reaching back out to me and providing me with that information! I apologize that this was not delivered to you at all and appreciate you for waiting the extra business days with us to see if this would be delivered a little later than expected!
We will go ahead and take care of the rest with the courier, so don't worry! All you need to do now is choose from one of the following options:
1. Replacement order to be created and shipped out to you (if stock allows).
2. A refund for the order back to your original payment method(s).
3. A gift card for the order amount rather than a refund.
No rush to choose, just get back to us at your earliest convenience and we will take care of it!🐺"
First of all, you can't say to me that you will replace my order IF stock allows...if I ordered it, it is MINE and it should wait for me until you get your s*it together.
Furthermore, how can you even launch a new collection before you took care of your customers..
Yeah s*it happens in business, but you should admit that..you need to admit that you did a mistake of not having implemented enterprise risk managment in your business.
You already know that you gonna experience great losses because of that irresponsibility and you should, because that's not have great companies operate.
And yea, I could've gone for the Small instead of Extra small if there wasn't any in the stock anymore, but because your CEO didn't take a responsibility and filmed a public apology followed by a structured plan of solving the problem, I don't wanna have anything to do with you anymore.
It's a shame and disgrace for you that one start up like Oner Active does business better than you. Here I am, writting this review in my new gymwear from Oner Active which I ordered on this sunday, after telling you that i want my refund in full, and it arrived an hour ago (tuesday). Oner Active is a company from United Kingdom, but this girl Krissy Cela thought of potential risks caused by COVID-19 and Brexit so she placed a warehouse in Germany (I'm from Croatia)...something you should have done long time go. Oh and yes, quality is even better than Gymshark.
So who needs you when there are people like Krissy who only think about their customers and do everything in their power to please them. And along the price of Oner Active, that's her competitive advantage...from which comes the profit...only thing you are focused on.

I purchased hundreds of dollars worth of product in Jan. I gave this company my money and waited MONTHS for the product to come. Then they abruptly tell me they aren’t able to deliver anymore. They refused to refund my card back the exact amount I paid in Canadian. Since the dollar has changed between Jan and April they said I lost in the USD VS CDN exchange. They should have refunded the product for the exact currency exchange I was charged for ON THE DAY I bought.
In the end I paid money for a 3 month waiting game and ZERO PRODUCT delivered. This is considered fraud.

The worst experience I've had with a company. The shipping alone took nearly 1 and a half months and customer service takes about a week to respond to you. The colors and prints were awful and much different than the pictures. The return itself is being processed and it's been almost 2 weeks so I'm not even sure I'll get my money back because they have such an extensive return policy. It's quite expensive as well so you'd think for the money you are paying that they would have a tiny bit more respect for their customers. I was bummed because I was looking forward to them, but honestly, I think Gymshark and any other sportswear has better consistency and customer service so I'll be sticking to them.
Trash Customer Service
Will not order from Alphalete again due to they’re terrible customer service, have been waiting for an order I placed Feb 6th it is now April 9th. It was near impossible to get in contact with someone at Alphalete about my order and when I finally did they were very little help. They are more focused on pushing new products over solving issues with hundreds of customers orders. Check the Instagram comments on their posts if you want to check for yourself, almost every comment is someone wondering where they’re order is and asking for help.

absolutely horrible. I ordered a shirt beginning of January and it is now April and i still have yet to receive. All alphalete gave me was free shipping and a coupon for free shipping next time.. but why would i buy from them again?
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I cancelled my order within the time frame required, and I did not get a response back within the guaranteed time period. They do not abide by their own store policies. This company is a joke. Now I am stuck paying import fees and shipping in order to return. FOR THE PRICE YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE THEIR STUFF TOGETHER.

Good experience buying clearance items
I bought a sweatshirt and some shirts on clearance at the end of March and received my order in a week (shipping within the U.S.). The tops were true to size, material high-quality and still in perfect condition after going through the wash. Based on complaints I've seen through Alphalete social media and Trustpilot, I would beware of buying items during their birthday sales, especially if you live outside of the U.S.

Much money spent - nothing to show for it
Ordered products on Feb. 6th. When they finally sent a mail the package had shipped - A MONTH LATER - it took a FULL WEEK before the package was actually released to the courier... And then the package was turned back at the Canadian border for reasons unknown - none of my other packages from other companies were returned at the border...!! I opened a ticket with the customer support, I replied to a general announcement received about returned packages - AND ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY 8 days later...!!! According to trackage the package has indeed been returned to Alphalete - and that also caused no reaction from them.
Honestly - if this is the service they offer they are not worth the effort - that is if this even is a real store...
Nonexistent Customer Service
Although I like their products and have had fine experiences with them in the past, I recently discovered they’re customer service is non existent.
I placed an order on feb 6 and it didn’t even ship for about a month. Then, when it got to the Canadian border it was turned away and sent back to Alphalete. I submitted a ticket once I realized what happened asking for a refund. Their website says a typical response time is 3-5 days... it’s been 10 and no response. They sent a generic mass email apologizing for the delay and said to respond to the email regarding whether we would like a refund or for them to reship our items. The email said if you do not respond you will be automatically refunded within 3 days. It’s been 3 days and no refund. I’ve responded to the email now requesting the refund and still no response. I feel cheated and completely helpless. I know that it may not totally be their fault for the border rejecting the package, and I know part of the shipping delay had to do with the winter storm in Texas; however, there is no excuse for such a lack of customer support. What kind of reputable company has such abysmal customer service? I just want to talk to a human person who can help me with my issue but they ignore comments on social media and have not responded to my tickets...
Their email apologizing for the issue with shipping did include a 20% off discount code to use on their Canadian site once it launches so I will say that it seems they’re making an effort to appease affected customers but it’s just not good enough. After this experience even 20% off is not enough for me to risk another experience like this.
Don’t order if you’re in Canada
If you’re in Canada, do NOT order from this company. I placed an order on December 18th, it got turned back at the border, they’ve reshipped it and I still have not received it. 3.5 months later and it’s still ‘en route’. Unreal. Customer service takes days to respond and offer no proper resolution. Steer clear.

Customer service here is non existant expect to edit months for your order. Then when you do get it and there are issues with your order you will never be able to get a hold of anyone. I have no idea how this place is still in business.

I ordered my package at the beginning of February and it wasn’t confirmed for weeks and then was it was confirmed I saw that my jacket wasn’t even with my order. (i ordered leggings and a jacket) Once i emailed them about my jacket they said they weren’t able to send that so they’re gonna refund it. Then i couldn’t track my leggings and after a month of waiting I emailed asking where my package is and they email me back days later saying my package is being brought back to them and it could’ve been multiple reason. i’m so sick of the back and forth I ended up just saying i rather have a refund at this point because if i got it sent back here it probably wouldn’t be here till next year. i was so excited for my items i ordered but now i just want my money back. I wouldn’t order from here especially if you want you items quickly, also they are expensive.
Customer service here is a JOKE
Customer service here is a joke. One pair of the Amplify leggings that I bought for their sixth birthday sale ripped the day after it shipped. Customer service actually responded quite quickly and said they could refund me or send me an exchange. My size and colorway was still in stock the day they sent me this option, which I proceeded to respond with an exchange for the same item, and they did not respond for over a month. I then reached out again since the customer service agent was ignoring me for the last month and the SAME agent (Liseth) responds the day after my second outreach to CS with, “I’m so sorry, that item is now out of stock.” WELL IT WASN’T THE DAY I REQUESTED THE EXCHANGE AND THE FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH. Absolutely disgusting. How did they know my favorite hobby was wasting money? 🙄 GIVE ME MY REFUND.
Deeply dissapointing experience
Like many others I ordered from Alphalete UK on Feb 6th and never recieved my items. Weeks after I find out a parcel (not the same weight, price or shipping country) is waiting for me at customs. Asking Alphalete customer support was a nightmare (late replies, empty promises etc.). No help at all! So the parcel is now going back and I hope I will get a refund and forget this horrible experience as soon as possible. I highly advise you NOT to order from Alphalete - there are MANY, MANY other brands with similar or better products and way better customer service!

It’s been two months and I have yet to receive my order. Definitely my first and last order. Customer service replied once with a generic email and now haven’t heard back in weeks. 300$ went down the drain. I have no idea how are they still in business. It’s a fitwear Ponzi scheme basically. I also paid 21$ for express shipping so even if I get my order ever I’ll feel cheated of my money.
