Wore my leggings once and they ripped in the crotch area. The sports bra also has terrible support! I can’t believe they get away with charging such high prices for a crappy product. I didn’t even bother trying to return based on the reviews but will never ever shop with them again.

First time buying Alphalete

First time buying Alphalete. Tried on my Amplify leggings for the first time and they ripped instantly. Such a waste of money I didn’t even get to wear them. I’ve heard such good things so I’m super disappointed and worried that I won’t get my money back or a replacement.

Absolute horrific quality

Absolute horrific quality. I ordered 4 pairs of amplify leggings and they have all ripped in the same spot! The ass area. One ripped in the gym, how embarrassing!! Horrible, horrible quality. I’m not the only one that has said this. Fix your quality!!!

not a fun experience

Honestly super annoyed with this company. Took a month just to send my order out from the facility which included items that were listed as “in stock” just for them to send me one pair of shorts out of my $156 order and later refund me the rest. Horrible communication. They were too busy with their new release they neglected their customers.

I ordered 3 pairs of amplify leggings &…

I ordered 3 pairs of amplify leggings & 1 amplify sports bra totaling around 300$
On receipt I tried on all, and was happy with the leggings, but the sports bra was beyond uncomplimentary on me. Requested a return for the bra and shipped it back. Received an email from their subpar customer service stating they refused my return because they found a makeup smudge on the bra. What? I may have indeed done so trying this on, but to tell me as a 1st time customer who spent 300$ I’m stuck w a product I don’t like & can’t use??
Then to add insult to injury 1 pair of the leggings (June 5th launch- today is June 27) that I’ve worn 3 xs, blew out in the butt at the gym during leg day yesterday.
These are subpar over hyped active wear pieces. If you are going to spend this kind of $$ on active wear I highly suggest lululemon. Sturdy, quality products that they stand behind.
I’m out over $125 in an ugly bra & @ssless leggings. Ignore the hype & save your $$
7/17/21-update all 3 of the leggings have split in the exact same spot on the butt. 2 were returned for a refund & received an email Alphalete received them on 7/6/21 still no refund applied or response from customer service despite multiple messages on my side. Yesterday they “updated” the ticket but supplied no response. 3rd pair return attempt - use return portal at Alphalete click continue to receive shipping label & the button is broken. Tried to go to their very active social media page to ask for help. 100’s of comments from customers in the same boat as me. Faulty products, no refund, no response from customer service. I honestly feel like I got straight up robbed. $300 down the drain. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, and am working with PayPal to get my money back.
This by far has been the worst purchasing experience of my life.

It tore not even a few months in

Their leggings and amplify shorts are so cute but the quality is so bad. Do not waste your money! I bought the amplify shorts in lightgrey and while I was doing my workout it ripped in the booty scrunch area! I am 5’5 and weigh 68kg. I’m just glad I had a baggy tshirt on to cover it on my way home. So disappointed. I tried to stitch it up but there is no refurbishing it. Their stitching is so flimsy too they looked loose after a few washes. 🥲🥲

BAD QUALITY LEGGINGS (RIP AND PILL)

While people generally complain about shipping, I haven't had any issues, but the quality of the products is TRASH. If I'm spending this much money, I don't want my leggings to rip after a month of normal wear. Amplify leggings were my favorite, until they have bust at the seams in the butt area. (I'm 5'2 and under 100lbs for reference). My Alphalux leggings have also begun to pill from normal wear. Mind you I also only hand wash all my leggings. WOULD AVOID ALPHALETE.

Absolute worst customer service! Do not support this brand!

I've ordered from alphalete 3 times now. First time was an awesome experience. Clothes came within 3 weeks, absolutely loved the amplify leggings and i knew I needed to order more. The next launch which was the birthday launch took 3 months to get here. No emails or info on what happened or where any of the Canadian orders were for over 2 months even though there was hundreds of comments from upset Canadians on their socials wanting answers, they just ignored us all instead for 2 months. Then they offer a 20% discount to Canadians and a Canadian distribution center for the previous mess up. Launch day comes around June 5th and not only did their website crash 5 times during checkout but everytime the web page reloaded it didn't offer the Canadian web page so I was forced to purchase on the US site but the discount code wouldn't work. After many emails back and forth trying to get the discount applied, their rep Giselle was extremely rude and would not take any steps to fix the issue even though the only reason I purchased from them again after the last launch is because they gave me the discount. After 2 terrible launch issues and even worst customer service, their clothes are no longer worth the Hassel. Buyer beware!

I’ve purchased many items from alphalete, I recently bought a gift for my mom on there website. Have yet to get any email. Than I stupidly bought more items on the may 1st drop. And it says it’s being shipped, they haven’t emailed me for my previous purchase even tho I tried reaching out... s*ity service and not worth waiting months to get ur product. After I get my orders I will NEVER purchase anything from these id*ots again

Alphalete Sucks

I have been a big alphalete supporter for a long time. Never had any issues with shipping. Always got a confirmation email, fast shipping, and always tracked. Have had a few quality control issues in which customer service responded very quickly and exchanges/refunds were made promptly.

Fast forward to February 6, 2021 - the birthday sale. I know it was an unfortunate time and Texas was hit by a massive snow storm (I live in Texas so I was affected by it too and totally understand the circumstances). Shipping was understandably delayed for a little bit until the company could get back to work and power came back on. I received my order after 3 weeks but it’s been 3 months now and people have still not received their orders from the birthday sale/launch. If you read the comments on their ig posts from the last several months, every single post has HUNDREDS of comments saying how customers have not received their items and Canadians are having the biggest issues with their orders being sent back to Texas or having to pay a ton of customs costs. All the while, Alphalete is still promoting new launches and refusing to address any of the issues customers have been having. No new launches should have happened until all the orders were fulfilled from the February launch.

Against my better judgment, I ordered from the launch they just had on May 1. I was very hesitant but I figured they probably had most of their issues figured out. I definitely should not have ordered as I was charged $120 (for two shirts and a pair of shorts - ridiculous btw) and have her to receive a confirmation email for my order. Emailed customer service and have yet to hear anything.

Alphalete’s ethics and morals suck. Their customer service sucks. They continue to charge more and more every launch and provide worse and worse service. They refuse to relaunch highly requested items like the amplify leggings and shorts. They continue to launch new unwanted collections before past orders have been fulfilled.

I have always loved Alphalete but probably will never order from them again. Disappointed.

If you're Canadian...

If you're Canadian.... please checked the Alphalete Canada and Alphalete USA website. All of them from all men and women selections clothes are posted for new items ONLY for Alphalete Canada ONLY, but the current items from Alphalete USA aren't available to Alphalete Canada. I wanted to mention that in Alphalete Canada site is in USD DOLLAR NOT CAD DOLLAR! HUGE HUGE MISTAKES. This isn't fair for Canadians at all! Huge fail for CG the owner of Alphalete and never never apologized for the weather and moved larger warehouse delaying! This will be my only last and only order. Waiting for my order to be packed and shipping.... is almost 3 weeks!

Update:
I email them yesterday with a straight forward demanding truth email, I was surprised I got a reply faster than the peoples that I read that they haven't got a reply yet as fast or no reply. This is the email I got "We posted a disclaimer on our website as of April 12th our warehouse will be delayed an additional 7-10 business days for any new orders placed (this is in addition to the timeframe in confirmation emails). We are projected to have outstanding orders shipped by end of day Monday. We will be packing these orders before our launch orders." But is not on the email.... in a small front on the website. I reply back asking "will my packaged shipped to Canada?".... haven't got any reply back and this morning I got a notification that my pack had been shipped!

Will I come back to order this brand? No I don't normally order from them due to poor long time shipping takes and poor customer service. This will be my last and only order from CG. I unfollow CG and his brands and might unfollow his gf Heidi too!

Not tattoo friendly, way too thin of material.

I watched a bunch of video reviews of their clothing and everything seemed great. They were expensive but I was looking for something squat proof and no camel toe. They arrived and the material is so thin you can see my butt tattoo that covers that surface and goes down my leg. Very disappointing. I was just standing straight and you could see it. So there goes 200+ dollars in Canadian.

Absolutely horrendous company!!

Absolutely horrendous company!!! Ordered from them over 3 months ago & they repeatedly failed to meet the duties requirements which led to the product being sent back several times. Not only that they are incredibly hesitant to help their customers with their concerns. I’ve noticed they spend the majority of their efforts on supplying their products to influencers, taking priority over paying customers. Needless to say they’re trying to take your money with little consideration for their customers. Keep in mind when influencers boast about the company that they have been given priority & you likely will not have the same experience. Do not support this company.
