Purchased two lights but unfortunately …
Purchased two lights but unfortunately one was damaged in transit.The problem was very quickly sorted and a full refund on the damaged unit quickly arrived.
Very happy with the transactions and the prompt refund.
The good unit is a led light bar that hangs over the kitchen bench and we use it all the time, it's just great.

Very happy with the service and product. I wasn't sure on the measurements of pendant lights so I contacted customer service and they measured them and sent pictures to my iPhone which helped a lot. Delivery was fast secure. Thanks again will definitely use Alpha again.

Fantastic personal service from enquiring about suitable products, receiving excellent advice and product information, ordering easily and having free and timely delivery.
