Done my CBT at the North Wembley location very efficient and thorough, Des made sure we took it all in

My dog of 8 years has been struggling with breathing and after months of surgeries and various attempts of nurses trying to removing the lymphoma on his lungs I had to give up care of him to the hospital.

On the morning of my CBT I received a phone call from the hospital telling me that he needed to be put down and I should come and say my goodbyes immediately. I was heartbroken but at the same time remained calm and explained this situation to alpha motors. Unfortunately they lack empathy and a decent sense of humanity as I was stone walled and they weren't willing to offer me another another date and took my money just like that. Its like I was talking to a machine. Please don't visit this place, there are so many other places that are understanding and won't treat you like a dollar sign.

Travelled from Mitcham to visit as I fancied picking up motorcycling as a new hobby. I never experienced such cold and rude staff working in a business s aimed at training beginners . Refused to give our group any encouragement or even eye contact, no smiles no greeting on entering, and no offer of assistance; such anti-social behaviour considering the job role, especially working with amateurs. I didn't even care about axquiring the certification, I just wanted to gain some experience. But now i feel as if I'm back to square one with £150 down the drain. Will not be visiting this place again, I was so kind and friendly and I'm shocked!!!

I done my CBT couple days ago with instructor Steve, he was very clear in all training area covered. for someone who have never rode a bike before, he done an amazing job and was very patient and kind. I would recommend anyone to use Alpha Motorcycle Training.

Done my first ever CBT with an instructor called Des. He did an amazing job, very professional and patient. Explained everything and I learnt a lot in a short space of time. Would recommend.

Feels like a lot of the reviews on this company are outright fake. Notice how the majority of them applaud the same instructor "Des" even though there are many other instructors working there. At least try to make it less obvious Alphamct!

At around 10:15 we begin. Now something must've crawled up the instructors bottom, because he was incredibly rude and impatient. He constantly shouted at us and spoke to us with a negative undertone throughout the entire session.

I say the word session but in reality it was more like a taster because at 11:30 he decided to fail us for no obvious mistakes or major faults. Knowing that we were first time riders before the session even begun, he could've at least given us some more training and support. Instead he just stands there eating his orange and ridiculing us like a schmuck. He also made hurtful comments like "are you dense mate" which ruined my self esteem and affected my performance.

My only advice is to not book with them, they'll take your money, fail you early and send you home. Legally there is not much you can do to be compensated for their wrongdoing. Oh well.

I did my cbt test with an instructor named Des and I couldn’t be more happy He taught me so much at my time there, he didn’t give up on me and helped me improve all my flaws and was very understand and polite and I recommend alpha to anyone who wants to get there cbt for the first time

I had my cbt at alpha mct and it is one of best cbt centre. And specially my instructor mr.des he gave me a lot of confidence on road and training centre.thanks to alpha mct and specially mr.des

Completed my CBT with alpha motorcycle training on the 9.9.21 was a very pleasant experience my instructor (DES) was very helpful and explained everything very well. Will definitely be going back to renew my CBT and potentially get my full bike license !

I did an intro course and CBT here with D.Traykov and I had the best experience! I had no prior experience and he taught me very well!

Can't wait to come back for my DAS later!

While I was on my way to do my CBT, my friend was dropping me and we got into an accident. I explained to the instructor on the phone that I could not turn up due to having an accident which was out of my control. He asked me to call back on Monday which I did and the manager said there was nothing he could do for me other than give me a £20 discount. Absolutely Pathetic!

Reply: But when a instructor or anyone else is at fault you shift their date or flop on people last minute?? yes indeed very fair 👏🏽

I initially left a negative feedback but I have to change to 5 stars . The booking process wasn't the best trough Rideto app, it went much easier booking directly with them.
I have to say a huge thank you to Jason , he's been a really fun , entertaining and straightforward Experience. It's been a long day but it was worth it. Wall done Alpha motorcycle Wembley.

Super bad experience , they cancel bookings only few days before without giving you another option . I have now to wait 2months. AVOID

Great experience, enjoyed completing my CBT with Des! I went back the week after for the gear conversion. Theory now also done. Will be back to get ready for practical. Thank you.

First of all I’d like to say massive thanks to Des - the instructor. I went for my CBT and Des was very patient and explained everything in detail. He was constantly asking questions to ensure everyone understands. When we were on the road he was very clam and giving instructions and repeating couple of times so we all were on the same page. Overall the course was very helpful and I have learned new things from Des. I can’t wait to have my full licence!

I recently had CBT in this school near Wembley.

Had a good day at Alpha Motorcycle Training(Wembley). Completed my CBT with instructor Mr DES. He is a nice person with great personality, he explained & trained me to be efficient while riding bike. Definitely would recommend this place. Lastly make sure you read your Highway codes.

Completed CBT today in Eltham. Very good training, instructor really knows what he’s doing. I learned a lot in all elements of the training.

Scumming really unacceptable. The trainer had 4 of us and he trained us one hour than told two of us you failed the training for no obvious mistakes. We asked if we get any money back because it was not our fault. they told us they will only give 20 pounds discount if you book with us again.

I realized that after taking money the instructor can fail you because they don’t have to refund you.

Never ever go there trust me these people are there to take your money send you home.
