Steve was amazing, clear communication, positive and friendly. I really enjoyed, learned and felt safe on the road with his instructions. Now I can ride with full confidence on the road. I can't wait to do my full motorcycle license and I know where to go to get the driving training 😄.

There were four of us, one drove me to station with his car, the other was just renewing his license and we all failed to ride a scooter come on a scooter really??!!!!!
This guys wanted from us to come back becouse of the money no other reason I dont know.

This review was written by the rider who failed to listen to instruction and rode into a steel container. Destroying the bike. Who I took home and not to the station. This was whilst the other riders were still training. So he does not know who passed and who failed . I don't mind reviews good or bad even on the 9th edit as his is, but make them factual. Oh and the invoice for the damage to the bike is in the post as you decided not to accept the damage waiver. Given that I have a two week lead time, can fill any class several times over , why on earth would I want to bring people back at a discount.
Absolutely rubbish environment
Absolutely rubbish environment, dirty and stink.
The range is very small for normal manoeuvre and has many holes. The coach behaved like a Nazi and wanted from us to be a professional from the first minute. I told him I was a complete novice, but he still put me on a very powerful bike for me.
There were four of us and we all failed. I guess money because he told us that if we came back we would pass it 100%. One of us even crashed into the wall and seriously injured his leg and ask for help, but the trainer didn't help him to stand up(shame on you).
I hope one of the regulators reads this and closes this hole.

Dear Rumen, Thank you for your review, which I found amusing. I think if I take your points in order, you will see why. We are located on an industrial estate, and today being a windy day some debris came over the fence. We have no control over the smell from other units. The training area is qualified by the DVSA for four students. The coach has to be authoritative but polite when students do not pay attention. Bikes can be dangerous if you don't listen and learn. We use 125cc bikes as per every other school, the power is always there but we ask you to be gentle with it and not aggressive. Not all of your class failed, and those that did not would never be told come back and you will pass. Period. Yes a student hit the wall, with a slight scrape and bruising to his calf. However the CC TV proves that the instructor did everything he could to assist. It is easy to blame the bike, or surroundings for your inability to ride, unfortunately I cant help that.

Great day doing my CBT licence with Des. I'm 61 years old and on my birthday Des took me out and trained me in a one to one day that my wife had booked. It has been a dream of mine for many years to get a bike licence. My wife selected Alpha based the reviews. What a great choice from arrival to leaving, professional, supportive, clear, patient, and fun. I had a great day. Thanks Des, you made my year.

Great training on skills and confidence on a bike.
Des, our instructor was firm and fair with instruction and teaching all of us how to get it right.
By the time I got on the road, I gained confidence fast as I was able to really ride a bike, 3 hours after not really having a clue.
Great day, very enjoyable and totally worth it.

Des was my instructor and took his time to fully explain every aspect of the CBT to us. Had patience even when I wasn't riding well and gave me the encouragement to improve. Highly recommended!

I passed my test with Alpha motorcycle training North Wembley branch they were marvellous ,I was nervous at my first CBT attempt then i did my ITM and the rest is history,whether it’s your first time or not this guys are professionals especially my instructor i would recommend Mr Des who was marvellous instructor.

Passed my CBT today with Alpha. Ewan was my instructor. Really nice instructor, very calm, clear, helpful and patient. He made sure that I understood every phase of the training and assisted me with anything I was unsure about. He gave very good demonstrations, top guy.

CBT Training
Just recently finished my CBT with Alpha and Des was my instructor. He was a great instructor who made sure that I understood every phase of the training. During the hands on training portion he was patient and worked to get me past a sticky patch. His many years of experience both as a rider and as an instructor came through especially when I was out on the road with him. Any fear of riding under varying traffic conditions were dispelled by this consummate rider and instructor. Highly recommend him and this centre.

Dear sir. My instructor telephoned at 10.10 to see where you were. He was told Alperton . Which is at least half an hour on foot. He advised not to bother. You actually arrived at 10:20, . We ask you to be on site 15 minutes before the start time so you were actually 35 minutes late. We clearly state by text and email that if you are late you lose your money. So I understand that you are not happy but as you booked and then admitted that this was for your friend and not you i am upset at your misuse of this review site.
