I bought a product online from Alphamens Lab

I bought a product online from Alphamens Lab some months ago. 3 months after I received an invoice stating charging for the same amount. When I contacted them I found out I was somehow on a subscription. I asked for that to be cancelled and monies refunded. They refunded the monies but today I received another invoice from them stating that money had been paid for the same subscription. Obviously they hadn't cancelled the subscription. I rang to get it cancelled but their number is only a secretarial service which cannot offer any services. They just refer you to an email address. Suggest never buying from this "company"!
