Had an issue

Had an issue, took my vehicle to the dealership, had the issue diagnosed, and the claim was submitted and approved just as it should be without any problems. Easy peasy!!

In my warranty it says mechanical…

In my warranty it says mechanical breakdown. Radiator and heater cores are not mechanical. It even says under A+ enhanced heater cores are covered. I am also going round and round with dealer who sold me this. Cost 2800 to have heater core replaced. I canceled this piece of crap.

It was good until I had to pay the…

It was good until I had to pay the diagnostic charges for the repairs that you failed to take care of. I had to pay 530.75. With the 100 dollar deductible.
I appreciate the coverage. But failed to fix my heater core.

I had an outstanding experience with the Alpha Team

I had an outstanding experience with the customer service team at Alpha Warranty. When I faced a transmission issue, the representative was effective, attentive, and friendly. She clearly explained the return process and provided excellent information about the available parts. The Alpha team resolved my issue swiftly, showcasing professionalism and empathy. I felt valued throughout the process and highly recommend them to friends and family. Great company!

THIS WARRANTY SUXXXXX
We have put almost $10k into vehicle in 3 years and ALPHA covers 00000.00.
Always with a BS excuse.
NEVER AGAIN will we purchase this (almost) $4,000 POS faux "warranty". NEVER.
How do these idiots running the extended auto warranty mafioso fail to understand drivers buy
many vehicles in their life and if they had a
decent product that picked up valid claims they would make more $$ on more future warranties sold.
Wish I read reviews before adding this useless trash.

The subsequent three claims (for a camshaft solenoid, coolant temperature sensor, and catalytic converter) were unfortunately denied because these components are not listed under your contract’s coverage. While we understand the frustration of unexpected repair costs, the coverage is based on the terms outlined in your contract, which specifies the parts and systems included.
Regarding your mention of $10,000 in repairs, the denied claims on file do not reflect that total. If additional repairs were done that weren’t submitted or were outside the contract’s scope, we would be happy to review any further details you can provide.

I stand by my statement!!! These people are frauds! Do not buy their service! They cover nothing . I reported them to the BBB and the AG office in Massachusetts!
