Pleasantly surprised
After purchasing a previously owned, but still relatively new vehicle, we were encouraged to purchase additional insurance coverage. As a practical rule, I generally decline this type of offer but the car salesman (and personal friend) was so confident in Alpha Warranty Services that I agreed to purchase the policy.
Less than two months later, a mechanical problem was discovered but the repairs required could not be handled locally but at a dealership 250 miles away. The logistics combined with the disappointment of having our new-to-us car unavailable to enjoy was really concerning. However, thanks to our local dealer combined with Alpha Warranty Services timely review of our claim, we’ll soon be happily driving our car. This was a happy resolution to what could have potentially been a long and maddening process. THANK YOU!
Quick response to repair request.

Very quick and responsive on communication with dealership and approval of repairs that needed to be performed.
Repair coverage
I’m grateful that my repairs were covered, but I wish they had included the other wheel bearing and tie rod. I ended up paying out of pocket for the driver’s side tie rod since they’re typically replaced in pairs, and now I’ll need to return soon to get the other wheel bearing replaced as well.
Very nice customer service
Very nice customer service. Very helpful in getting the service I needed done.
Nice experience
How meticulous you were with the things my SUV needed, if there are jobs it doesn't need there's no need to perform those, otherwise it would it be more expensive, if possible, once the extended warranty doesn't apply, I would like to continue working with you, with authorize mechanics you provide.
1 STAR BECAUSE 0 STARS ISN'T AN OPTION!
1 STAR BECAUSE 0 STARS ISN'T AN OPTION!
We bought the "best" coverage from this company when we purchased our 2017 Audi Q7. We've taken immaculate care of this car, so when the Active Grille Shutter went bad, we stupidly assumed that it would be covered under either the cooling or electrical part of the warranty. Psych! Alpha said first it wasn't covered because it was part of the power train ((?)), then when my mechanic called back and said "no, it's part of the electrical and cooling system", they came back with "that's not on the list of things listed under electrical or cooling". So my mechanic read through the list, A1-A12 on the warranty, and said that to the untrained eye this company makes it look like they cover alot, but from a mechanic's perspective he said it's absolute garbage. The list covers basic things on older cars. But most newer cars have electrical and computerized components that operate the things on Alpha's "list". Not listing them under electrical provides a loophole to deny paying for actual moving and functional parts on the vehicle. Our mechanic says that most of the major things that could go wrong with our car will be denied based on what he was told.
I think it's a really sad day when people are sold a "bumper to bumper" warranty, trusting that if something breaks through no fault of our own that it will be covered. This part is common on many cars and is part of the cooling system and powered by the electrical system.
Shame on Alpha for sleazing their way out of paying for the repair. We're out $1800 for the repair and another $3500 for this so-called warranty that isn't worth wiping our butts with.

Very professional and knowledgeable…
Very professional and knowledgeable customer service answered all my questions thoroughly. Customer service also walked me through the process and was in constant contact with my mechanic. I recommend getting their services for future car buyers. Keep up the good work!!!👍
Passes unexpected costs onto customers
I recently had a frustrating experience with Alpha Warranty that I feel compelled to share. While their initial promise of coverage seemed comprehensive, my experience revealed a different reality. When my vehicle required a transmission replacement, Alpha Warranty agreed with the necessity of the repair. However, they failed to cover several unexpected costs associated with the repair, such as additional parts needed for installation. These costs, totaling over $500, were deemed "non-covered components," leaving me to foot the bill.
Moreover, an error in sending the wrong part initially led to significant delays and additional rental car expenses, which were not reimbursed. Despite these setbacks being outside of my control, Alpha Warranty was unwilling to cover these extra charges, demonstrating a concerning willingness to pass unexpected costs onto their customers.
If you're considering Alpha Warranty for peace of mind, be aware that you might end up paying more out of pocket than anticipated. Their customer service was polite but ultimately unhelpful in resolving these issues. Proceed with caution and thoroughly review what is actually covered under their plans.

Best extended warrenty company ever!
Everything went smoothly
After two weeks…
I was sold a truck that after only a couple weeks was in the dealership with a $5300.00 repair bill. Alpha warranty paid for everything listed on the contract. Nothing more, nothing less. It saved me $3500.00.
My first Alpha experience
Currently in the midst of having to do a repair for my vehicle I recently purchased a few months ago. Was a bit overcome with anxiety bc, who wants to deal with unexpected repairs right? With that said I brought my car to my trusted mechanic of almost 10yrs, who’s worked on my previous vehicles. The claims process was super smooth and quick! Even the woman who handles the claims at the shop raved about how easy and straightforward it was. Mentioning how with other Warranty companies she usually has to jump through multiple hurdles and headaches during the claims process, and this experience was night and day for her. I value her opinion bc, with my other vehicles they had different Warranty companies and this was the first time she went out of her way to express her satisfaction. I know some people are a bit apprehensive about purchasing warranties, as some really don’t help and it sucks when you’ve given them your hard earned money. With my experience with vehicles, it’s important to find the right one and know what you’re actually paying for. If the time comes and you end up having to do a repair whether major or small, when you see that bill amount and only have to pay your deductible, that’s when you really see the value of having a GOOD warranty company. So as of right now I’m extremely pleased with Alpha, being reliable and covering me in my time of need! Money well spent!
