Took over 3 weeks to deliver. Arrived bended, scratched and does not fit my laptop. Wet and dry wipe was missing from the order. Totally botched cut out. Sent email with photos as evidence. No contact

Never received! Do not buy from this company !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not contactable

Their phone number is not working, sent email no reply, sent me fake tracking number not sure how i get my money back.

Laptop Skin has not arrived and Alpha-Wraps seem to be uncontactable!
Received an email from Alpha Wraps on 3/11/2022 advising that laptop skin has been dispatched. However, the Royal Mail tracking number provided does not work. Have sent two emails chasing Alpha Wraps but have received no replies. Their contact number 0161 222 9676 is also "dead".

Relevantly, Alpha Wraps Ltd was incorporated at Companies House in January 2020 and officially has been showing as "Dormant" since then until the last accounts were filed on 31/01/2022, even though it was apparently trading during that period, according to the dates of reviews on Trust Pilot! The only Director is a 36-year-old Carl Freeman and he is also a Director of "Trust In Tech Ltd" at the same business address as Alpha Wraps Ltd. Additionally, Trust In Tech Ltd is in the process of possibly being "Struck-Off" at Companies House, according to their records.

Seems like I've been ripped-off and so shall be contacting my credit card to see if there's any chance of a refund via them......

Wrong size to suit specified laptop , also took 10 days to arrive, not impressed

Covers weren’t packed well enough the corrugated envelope wasn’t up to the job and one cover is scratched and the other mottled and disfigured by not being in a proper do not bend envelope

Unless the packaging improves this is a waste of time money and effot

Use this company if you must but my advise would be to buy elsewhere. Bought three wraps in good faith. Claims item will fit and that it is scratch resistant. It is neither. Sent numerous messages and have received no reply. Will be contacting credit card company for a full refund.

I bought a wrap for my AirPods Pro and it didn’t fit. The case has large gaps where the stickers weren’t big enough to cover. I was very disappointed given the cost

Ordered a skin on the 7th December from the website. Other than a text to confirm order and money taken from credit card, item was never sent.
Have had no response to two e-mails sent.
After 1 month with no contact, i've passed over to credit card company to get a refund.

Beginning to think this company is a scam. Placed my order, got a confirmation, they took payment but nothing has been delivered. Got an automated email saying I should have received my goods. Sent chasing emails but received no reply; telephone goes straight through to voicemail but can't leave a message as the mailbox is full.

Well I haven’t received my wraps, got no communication, no tracking details... nothing... very dissatisfied

I’d like to review this wrap but I’ve not received it contacted AlphaWraps but no reply from them very poor business and communication from this company.

Unbelievable service, no answer to email and when they answered the phone it was not posted even though it said it

Will be pressing this further as am not paying over £15 for a item that was suppose to be posted and now not posted

I bought a product from their website but when I received it, it was the wrong one. I emailed them asking why and they said it should be the correct one, even though I attached clear pictures showing that it wasn't correct. They said they would check and send me a new one in the mean time.

It's been 5 months since and after multiple emails explaining the issue and asking for updates they never got back to me! Or sent the new product! (Even asked for a tracking number just in case it was stuck in a sorting office) No response... I had been formal where I had to and they had no reason to ignore me.

I'm writing this review to hopefully be seen and to resolve my issue as I've been waiting a long time.

The only reason I'm not giving this company a 1 star is because after I first realised they sent the wrong product, they DID reply quickly and attempted to help me. It's a shame I never heard back from them since.

I keep being asked to review a product I haven't received and haven't had any response on so why not review it again? Abismal customer service. 2 weeks since I placed an order with a 3-5 day delivery time. 10 days since my first email to them requesting help. Still nothing.my anniversary is this week and i now don't have the time or money to find an alternative as Alphawraps have not given me my product and I can't even get my money back because they don't respond to anything. Hope this helps anyone considering using them to come to the conclusion that you should NOT use them if you actually want to receive the product you pay for.

Good product, good customer service but very expensive for just a single Top cover wrap

The colour is as stated orange and glossy. Packaged well and arrived as per postage stated. I have put it on lthe laptop which is relatively easy to do however for some reason there is about a 1cm strip which is separated from the larger piece. This makes it look untidy. I understand why it is like this as this model has a line but it would sit a lot nicer if it was in one piece. I took the logo out if the middle and placed in separate. I found it easier to put the sheet on by centering the sheet over my logo rather than start with the edge. It looks OK.
