Total jack around

Went in mid may. Told they would give me 51.5k trade in on my truck. Placed order for a new truck. 4 weeks and 400 miles later on my truck they said they would only give me 46K. At that depreciation, my truck is worth zero by the end of the year. This is why car dealers have such bad reputations.

They are Liars

It's my personal experience (Eventhough I have the names of the personnel involved on this fraud, I am not mentioning here):
For me they are fraud, they lured the customers advertising one price and when you go there then they said that either they mistakenly advertise wrong price on the internet or they will say the advertised car is in the Body shop ( I'm still wondering why they have to take their brand new car in body shop). Once you go there, they talk round about, hassled you to buy a different car.

They showed me GMC TERRAIN SLT saying they gonna work on the price; then once we came inside, the sales person said they found the car they had advertised. I came without knowing why they did not even talk about that TERRAIN SLT. Before I went there, I verified with the sales person about the particular cars (availability, price) I was looking for. Obviously, I would blame the management team for that kind of deceit and customer service.

The manager who talked to me for about 2 minutes, he was rude, ignorant and did not even realize their mistakes/error.
I would obviously recommend on avoiding this dealership!
