NIE WIEDER !!!

NIE WIEDER !!!
Wir mieteten ein Fahrzeug über HolidayCars in Grichenland und mussten eine äußerst böse Überraschung erleben, in Griechenland angekommen (Familie mit 3 Kindern) wollten wir unseren Mietwagen entgegen nehmen und dann kam die böse Überraschung, im vertragen HolidayCars heißt es man müsse 1200,-€ Kaution auf der Kreditkarte reservieren lassen ABER im Vertrag des Vermieters steht 1500,-€
Jetzt kam das Problem, extra für die Kaution hielt ich über 1200,-€ frei aber dadurch, dass ich auch den Mietwagen anzahlte usw. waren keine 1500,-€ mehr verfügbar, nur noch die 1200,- die ich extra dafür freigehalten habe.
Das Ende vom Lied war, wir bekamen den Wagen nicht und mussten dann einen neuen Vertrag über die Mietstation abschließen damit wir überhaupt zum Hotel kamen.
Also haben wir ärgerlicher Weise doppelt bezahlt 😡

Pas op met wat je (werkelijk) boekt

Voel me opgelicht door dit bedrijf. Pas op!, veel kleine lettertjes die pas na boeking bij het uitprinten naar boven komen. De betaling heeft dan al plaatsgevonden. Bijvoorbeeld een allrisk verzekering die €1.200,- eigen risico heeft.
