Our shared door 2 door transfers provide an additional last miles vehicle to get you right to your door. While a little more expensive, it is still cheaper than taking a private transfer so still provides great value while making your holiday easier. It can be a great option for families travelling with children, and people staying in amazing chalets that are often a little outside the main town. No on likes walking with heavy ski bags!

Misleading timetables, unreliable drivers. Stay away!
First of all, the timetable is misleading. They advertise that they have departures every hour, but it is far from the case. My transfer was scheduled for 3h after arrival, which was already a bit annoying, but I heard people who waited for six hours. The return trip is even worse, as you basically don't know your departure time until a day or two before the departure.
Next, our bus driver took the wrong turns twice: first from Moutiers we started driving to Courchevel instead of Les Menuires, then, when we approached Les Menuires, the driver went directly to Val Thorens instead. In Val Thorens the driver told us (five remaining passengers) that this was a terminus and we should've changed the bus in Moutiers instead. Luckily he came to his senses and drove us back to Les Menuires eventually, but we still lost about 1h on both of these detours, so because of this and the traffic jam (not the company's fault though), the Geneva - Les Menuires trip lasted 5-5.5h instead of 3.5h. The driver also didn't speak any English, so communicating the problem was difficult, luckily one passenger spoke some limited French, she basically saved us!
Managed to cancel and refund my return trip, but 14 days for processing a refund is ridiculous, even my credit card company does it in 10.

Rude, racist, and unsafe
Gets you from A to B with competitive prices, but my experience was unfortunately quite unpleasant (racist comments from the driver, safety issues like being shoved in the back of the van with luggage falling off and hitting people's heads, etc.). I would recommend other services if you have the money. It's a shame because some of the other staff were genuinely quite nice.

Terrible service – avoid! They keep sending us messages to write a review so here it is !!!
My boyfriend Simon booked a return transfer from Geneva to Chamonix, and the experience was poor from start to finish.
To begin with, they confirmed our booking the night before but with a completely incorrect address. While this was eventually corrected, it caused unnecessary stress at the time.
When we arrived in Geneva, things got worse. The bus driver left one minute before the scheduled departure time, leaving another passenger behind. It immediately gave us a bad impression. On top of that, the driver spoke no English at all and had to rely on another passenger to translate, which was far from ideal.
The final issue came with our return transfer. We realised the scheduled arrival time was too late for our flight. While we accept this was partly our fault for entering our London–Geneva flight details, it raises the question—what is the point of providing flight information if it isn’t checked?
Customer service was extremely disappointing when we tried to resolve the issue. We were willing to pay for a private transfer, but the price quoted was far higher than expected.
We have now contacted our credit card provider, as we paid for a return journey we couldn’t use and received a service that fell well below standard.
Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company

Convenient Transportation from French Alps to Airport
This was my first time using Alpine Fleet, and as an international traveler I was a bit nervous, but everything went well: They arranged convenient local van pickup just a few minutes from where I was staying at Meribel Mottaret, and then a transfer to a bus to the Lyon airport. When the bus was delayed by snowy weather and traffic, Alpine Fleet staff at the station kept us updated and got us on our way. Romain, Kim, Luna, Rosie and the rest of the crew were responsive, helpful, and friendly. I'd definitely use them again -- but do allow ample time between your bus travel and your flight.

Awful service
Do not book this company for private transfers. We paid over €350 for a premium private transfer and when we turned up there was no driver for us. Staff at the desk told us they didn’t know where he was and blamed traffic even though we had a confirmed pick up time we paid for. They tried to contact him and told us he was “on
the way”. We waited and 30 minutes after the confirmed booking time still didn’t have a driver. When he eventually turned up we were given no explanation and told we would very likely not get any compensation as “not their fault”. If you cannot provide a premium private car service then do not advertise one, and definitely do not charge higher than most other providers who ensure you have a driver on arrival. Will never use this company again.
*just to be very clear after Alpine Fleet replied and didn’t tell the truth. We arrived at 1545, they said they would try get him earlier, we thanked them and headed off, when we came back at 1615 we were told he was still not here and they had no idea where he was. There was no apology, and the staff really didn’t care. We then had to wait another forty minutes before the car finally arrived. Why don’t you share what time he arrived as part of your “investigation”?
Top tip, Uber Exec is half the price and there were plenty at the airport. Book them instead!

Not trustworthy when it comes to agreed schedules…
This company offers time slots they already know will not be available. I booked and paid for a specific time, which was initially confirmed. However, just one day before, they changed the booking to a time more than two hours earlier. That is simply too much of a difference. I understand that times can be flexible, but a difference of over two hours is unreasonable.
When I requested to cancel due to this change, it was allowed, but I still lost my money. Overall, a disappointing experience and not trustworthy when it comes to honoring agreed schedules.

Super helpful Maggie!
Maggie was really helpful with amending a booking made by a friend. I fully expected to have to pay for a new booking but she was able to split our booking meaning I could travel by myself, later the same day.
