Our shared fixed point services cover a wide area within each of our resorts, helping you get as close as possible to your accommodation for the best value in the Alps. Where possible we use coaches to reduce the carbon footprint of our services and offer the most eco-friendly option for our clients.

Our shared door 2 door transfers provide an additional last miles vehicle to get you right to your door. While a little more expensive, it is still cheaper than taking a private transfer so still provides great value while making your holiday easier. It can be a great option for families travelling with children, and people staying in amazing chalets that are often a little outside the main town. No on likes walking with heavy ski bags!

Our private transfers offer a great way to start and end your holidays. It's just for you and your group and gets you right to your door. Relax, chat and nap with your friends and family along the way to get your holiday off to a great start.

Our Premium private transfers are our luxury services. You will be picked up in a Mercedes vehicle and transported to your holiday in style and comfort. These transfers also come with double the waiting time in the airport on arrivals to reduce stress on any flight delays.

I had a great experience with Alpine…

I had a great experience with Alpine Fleet to get from Lyon airport straight to our lodging in Meribel-Mottaret.

I had to make a change to my reservation and Lola was excellent and super efficient with her assistance.

Would definitely use them again!

Changes your departure to 2 hrs…

Changes your departure to 2 hrs earlier, cutting that day very short, and will makes you wait hours on the airport instead. Blames weather and traffic but I'm guessing they are trying to not have to drive multiple times per day.

Reply from Alpine Fleet

Hello,

Thank you for your review. All of our departure times are estimated, as we schedule our services around multiple flights departing at similar times. On Saturdays, journey times can be longer due to increased traffic, and we build in additional travel time to help ensure passengers reach their flights on time.

This information is highlighted during the booking process via the red pop up box and also confirmed on your e-ticket with Saturday Traffic information.

We are sorry for any inconvenience or upset caused. Our primary aim is always to ensure passengers arrive at the airport in good time, even when traffic conditions can impact the journey.

Kind regards,
The Alpine Fleet Team

The driver crashed the bus

The driver crashed the bus into a roundabout. He also seemed to get lost a few times, going around Les Gets and Morzine in circles.

We were dropped off at the wrong place in Morzine. It seemed like he couldn't be bothered going into the Gare Routiere, so just stopped on the main road to Montriond, leaving us to unload luggage into oncoming traffic.

The transfer was 1hr45mins later than advertised.

The transfer took 3 hours, instead of the 90 minutes advertised.

There were 4 unscheduled stops when there was only 1 stop listed on the booking.

An awful experience.

5 stars for customer service, 3 stars for actual transportation

The staff is very fast to respond and helpful in resolving issues, both on the ground and online. 5 stars for customer service! But only 3 stars for the transportation itself. In one direction the WC on the bus was not working which was a real challenge for such a long ride, though we did finally make a stop midway. One the way back the size of the peripheral shuttle (not the big bus) did not match the number of people and ski bags that were booked so we ended up with a ski bag right next to our heads which was not particularly comfortable (nor safe).

Quisimos cambiar el transporte de vuelta para poder visitar Ginebra y Maggi muy eficioente nos lo soluciono en pocos minutos. El año que viene volveremos a usar este servicio. So far, we've taken two trips with this company and everything has been perfect. They notify you in advance and the service is excellent.
We wanted to change our return transport so we could visit Geneva, and Maggi was very efficient and sorted it out for us in just a few minutes. We'll definitely use this service again next year.

Not a reliable service.

Positive: Fast reply rate via whatsapp and email until late hours. That's it.

Negatives: This company does not run a transfer service properly. This is a company which tries to save where it can at the expense of the passengers.
When I made my bookings I selected specific departure times which I felt were suitable given my arrival into GVA and the news that immigration queues take a long time, so I allowed myself a 2 hour leeway after my scheduled flight arrival. However, Alpine Fleet do not care for which service you select as they will assign you one based on upcoming demand throughout the day. On both services I had booked, my departure time was brought forward by 45 minutes and 1h15 just 1 day prior to departure. When I questioned the customer service on why they felt it necessary to change my departure time, they said that ALL departure times are just estimates, and you won't find out which coach you will actually sit on until 1 day before departure. The only factor they take into account is the scheduled arrival/departure of your flight. Nothing else (ie immigration queues, potential flight delays (say up to 45 minutes)) matters to them.
On my 1st leg, I manage to arrive 15 minutes before my new departure time (11:00) only for this service to be delayed by 40 minutes to "give time to late-coming passengers". This was a lie, as we were all being led out to the coach bay, the driver was running late and pulls in at 11:40.

Another note is that on both of my services the advertised journey time was 1h30. For both of my trips it took 1h45 as the driver makes stops on the way. If one was to compare journey times on Flixbus they would see that Alpine Fleet is the fastest way to get from GVA to Morzine and therefore beats its competitors. Another lie...

I would not recommend this to anyone looking for a stress-free transfer.
