Alpine Wear is where you flush your money down the drain

It's been well over a month since I've ordered items from Alpine Wear (16 Dec 2025). Haven't received anything. The tracking link does not work and several emails went unanswered.

UPDATE: Item eventually received 2 February 2026. Cheap product. Not as advertised. Practically as useful as the 5 euro version you buy at the mall.

The multifocal lenses don't work for short distances

The pair of glasses doesn't allow me to read my mobile. The package was marked as delivered but didn't arrive. and even when I asked for return, they send a new pair. When I tried them and they didn't work for me... they told me that I can return it... but until now I am waiting for the return process. They tried to lie to me about the business promise to deliver them in a week. Resumen: all wrong with this company. Don't trust them.Order #3391

Bunch of cowboys

Bunch of cowboys, supply £1 reading glasses when I ordered Varifocals, and ask to email a different address for the correct order.
THe glasses and frames are cheap shite and arrive in standard "Temu" plastic bag without any protective case or box. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Ordered the glasses online

Ordered the glasses online, arrived a few weeks later, delivered from China . Cheap nasty glasses that are certainly not worth the money , one pair was 3.5 and other pair was 3 . If I wanted to buy these from another Chinese on line shop they would have been a quarter of this price. Tried contacting them by email 4 times , no reply
Do not buy from this site , it's a scam !

I received the autofocus glasses from Alpine wear. I ordered sometime in December they literally gave me out of focus and I fell down. There is no address to return them and they were $50 so it's best to flag your credit card immediately

I fell for this scam like a lot of other people, 23 days to arrive in a flimsy plastic bag, everything is blurred when trying them on, cannot read a number plate at 10 feet, perfect without them, I took them to my optician and they laughed and said to bin them and said I could have bought a better pair for £3 at a local shop, do not buy anything from this website it's a total scam

Misleading product + poor support (order #12833)I ordered the VisionSync Multifocal…

I ordered the VisionSync Multifocal Glasses + Gift (“Adaptive Technology”) from alpinewearshop.com (order #12833). The communication was very poor—I sent multiple emails with no real help, while I kept receiving promotional/discount emails instead of a clear update on my order status.
When the glasses finally arrived, the item did not match what was advertised on the product page (the key “photochromic/adaptive” feature I paid for was missing based on my testing). I also paid extra for “shipping protection,” but the order arrived in minimal plastic packaging with no meaningful protection.
Overall this was a stressful experience with weak customer service and a product that didn’t meet the advertised description. I do not recommend ordering from this store.

Its a scam

The glasses arrived in 3 weeks, instead of the 5-7 days quoted. They were absolutely useless and did not correct my vision. Seven emails later, one a day since, they still haven't given me an address to return them too. All they do is say contact support or shop, whichever you mail, tells you mail the other. Please do not purchase anything from this company, I've spent £27 for nothing, it's a total scam. I purchased using Shopify, so I'm ow going to contact them to see if they can help.

Like many others who use eyeglasses

Like many others who use eyeglasses, I received 3 (right) one dollar 3.50 reading glasses instead of the promised “all wonder” glasses. Refund? You wish! Promised refund will not happen. Credit card company said it’s too late to file for refund. Now you know why the promised 5 day delivery takes 3.5 weeks! $78 gone. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM COMPANIES WHO ADVERTISE ON YOUTUBE! These are all fraudulent companies!
