One month and nothing
It's been a month since my order which was supposed to be in stock and still hasn't been shipped. No updates or nothing. I was hoping to get my order for my 1st ski trip but was sure it would arrive for the next one but alas, nothing. That's also my last trip of the year so waiting another 6 months won't be an issue but do not trust their "in stock" or delivery dates.

Very quick delivery.
Given that the shoes that I ordered came from the French Alps I received them very quickly.

No origin statement - charged duty
Although the goods were received quickly, there was no accompanying statement, stating that the boots were of EU origin (they were made in Romania). I'm told this requires an 'HMRC preferential statement'. As a consequence I was charged £24 duty, as well as VAT (which I was expecting). I appreciate this is a Brexit issue but won't be ordering in future as the cost is prohibitive

First order, very positive experience
First time I ordered at Alpinstore and had a good experience. The product had a good price, arrived quickly and was exactly as described.

To be fair with the business, I add an update to the previous comment.
It took a week to dispatch but once it was, it arrived 2-3 days later.
I made an order 1 week ago and still not sent. I read about the speed of delivery... not for me.

great prices fast delivery. trail stock didn’t fit in the paper bag so has fallen out. still delivered. I was offered partial refund.

Order a jacket
Order a jacket. After receiving the payment they say they don't have it any more, but I can change it for an equivalent product, I asked what is the equivalent product, they say "there isn't one" (although clearly they have the same jacker in other colors. Overall a pretty bad experience.
