beware once they have card details
The car was good, the people I spoke to were nice, but beware one they have your card details. I received a couple of fines for entering the Valencia congestion zone, the cost of the fines all together was 60 euros, and I accept its my responsibility to pay the fines, but they charged me about 110 euros for "processing" the tickets, nearly double the cost of the tickets, and I'm still waiting for the tickets to arrive that I will need to pay. I will not use them again, those charges are totally unreasonable, what will they charge to my card next??

Hello Peter. As indicated in our rental agreement, each fine that we receive, has a processing cost (here and in all rent a car companies). This fee is fix, doest not depends on the fine amount because has same work to process a 1€ fine than a 1000€ fine. About the delay to send the fines, we already process them and identity you as driver. From now the Valencia traffic authorities will send you the fines to your home address. Any delay from our processing tasks is due to traffic authorities. About new charges,will not be any charge except that we continue receiving traffic fines.

In principle everything went well
In principle everything went well, but annoying is that the staff wants to sell you an extra insurance. I am always fully insured, but all car rental companies keep trying. Very annoying.

Personal insurances are between you and your insurance company. Our employees offer the insurances and clients choose take or not. But if any accident happends, we will invoice and charge the final customer, and then the client can use our invoice to "try" that the personal insurance company pay the damage. The staff should warn about that to be clear and fair, and offer additional insurance. The clients of course can decline. But clients must know that "personal insurances"; "credit cards insurances" can decline to pay in certain circumpstances. This external insurances are not our insurances, are client insurances. Do you know what clients say if they have an accident? "Why you do not offer me an additional insurance?". or "Why you do not explain me that my card insurance do not cover this car damage?". Insurances are annoying when are offered, but welcomed when an accident occur.

Great experience
Great service. I booked a 7 seater through a third party provider and upon arrival, the car was ready for us and the process took very little time. Everthing was very well explained. I will rent a car from there in the future again in Valencia.
