Lovely company to shop from
Very efficient, i loved a pair of trousers in the store but they did not have them in my size, I was notified as soon as they had them back in stock. Easy to order on line and all ready for me to collect at the store, which is run by some lovely ladies.
Beautiful clothes, only sad thing Is that I did not have more time to look at what else they had in the store but I think my purse may have been grateful for that!!

Return experience
I ordered the oversized crosstitch top in pink. Nice as it was, it was not for me, so l had to return it. The return was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I ordered 2 shirts which my sister…
I ordered 2 shirts which my sister collected for me and one was the wrong size. I emailed The Alresford Linen Co and they responded very quickly and said they would send out the correct shirt to me immediately and refund postage so it would not cost me to send the other one back.
All in all despite a tiny set back, this was an excellent experience and I will definitely buy from the again.
