Bought a backpack at a great price. Turns out something was wrong with the inventory system and the backpack was out of stock. Als sent me an even better backpack --- the newer version of the same model --- for the same price. Also added a couple of small items to the order to avail of free shipping and it was no trouble doing that over the phone.
