I ordered a pair of running shoe

I ordered a pair of running shoe, needed them fast. A few days later they notified me that there was a mistake with their inventory and none were available. I emailed them to find a compromise but received no reply. This is my first and last time to use Al’s. Disappointing customer service.

I purchased a pair of shingards

I purchased a pair of soccer shin guards. They were not the right size. I sent them back and got a pair that was the right size. Very easy returns. Very fast shipping both times. I like the company very much! Thank you! Keep up the good customer service!
