Yesterday I went and bought my daughter a bike. I was amazed at the amount of wonderful customer service I was given. The guy that helped us was informative and made sure that my daughter fit the bike correctly and that the bike was working correctly. On my receipt his name is Dspencer. I am so grateful for the service and the time he spent with us. I hope that he is recognized for his wonderful service.

I love Als! Everyone is so nice and super helpful! I live about 30 minutes away from my local Al’s and I go out of my way to shop there because of how great they are! They have extremely great prices and sometimes they even have deals of the day that can’t be beat by anyone!

Love Als. Their prices are almost always cheaper than any other place, including Amazon. Their Gun and ammo inventory is honestly the best I’ve seen in Utah, even during these crazy shortages. In store and online they’re awesome to deal with.

Als has always been a staple of the community, though its changed over time they do great work, The gun department is top-notch. They have always been very attentive and fair. My wife who recently got into guns and shooting had dealt with some "little lady" treatment at other stores in the past. They have always been respectful and informative. SO yea we have made 3 large purchases because of that great customer service.

Al’s is awesome! They have such a great selection for any outdoor enthusiast and have great customer service. Unfortunately, I no longer live near an Al’s, HOWEVER they make online shopping easy and convenient. I recently purchased a Scott cycling jacket that was on an incredible sale and I received it so quickly. Highly recommend!

I feel like a kid in a candy shop every time I’m in the store. Recently had to get a sleeping pad , and I put the poor employee thru the wringer. He answered all my questions and got me no less than 12 different pads to try out. A true saint. Great selection, great variety, great customer service 10/10 would shop again.

When we received our hiking pack the frame was slightly damaged, Als quickly sent a replacement pack. They were helpful, understanding, and so easy to work with.

Best store with the best employees! It’s so refreshing to see smiling faces and great customer service. I love not feeling like I’m in a sci-fi movie. I appreciate the employees courage to choose not to wear masks.
