Disappointed this time
I’m a regular costumer for years but this purchase was disappointing. The resin smells so strong but it’s not the usual resin scent. I’m a bit hesitant to use it. Not sure how expiry date works with it.

Hello. We did recently change our supplier of Himalayan resin which is why the product smells different to your previous purchases. We have made a change purely for quality as we are always in search of the best possible products. Our Siberian resin has always been the same however. The item you’ve purchased has 24 months after being opened to consume and is from a new batch just for reassurance. Relatively new to shilajit!

I'm still relatively new to this supplement and finding my way in buying authentic clean shilajit that is potent and does what is says on the tub. And I have twice come back to Alti Mountain Shilajit. I have tried three different brands and only one of them really does the job for me, I have CFS and only certain Himalayan types seem fit for purpose. When I did have an issue Joe, the company director wrote back and helped find the right shilajit for me. I am a satisfied customer!

You ordered Siberian resin before and latest order was Himalayan which might explain the difference in consistency.
