Using siberian shilajit now for 4 months. I started taking it as I'm in my 40s, work shifts, have a family and like to train 3 or 4 times a week so always looking for natural products to keep my energy and focus up. Very pleased with the results. Less knackered on nights ,less reliant on coffee, also helps keep stress levels down during those pressure moments at work. Customer service is outstanding. I had some initial questions and the MD called me to discuss.
